Me attempting my old PR of 315lbs for deadlift at one rep max day this past Saturday. Ended the day doing 325lbs. It's crazy seeing myself lifting that weight. Less than a year ago, I never touched a bar. Barely did anything physical but play tennis and dance few times a week. But with the guidance and help from @crossfitfightworx esp @definitelychas, I'm able to do things I never imagined. This gym is doing great things! Crossfit changed my life and introduced me to an amazing family. I'm a lucky guy. Next goal is to be in the 400lb club. I'm coming for you!! Part 2. Super thankful for everyone and everything at #crossfitfightworx. This place has truly changed my life for the better and it has allowed me to meet some of the greatest people. Everyone is so inspiring and motivating. Overall just great people you wanna be around. This group of people has become my extended family. We all push each other to perform the best in the gym but also push each other to be great human beings. I'm seriously a blessed guy. Today's a huge day for me. I reached a new #PR for #deadlifts at 300lbs. I remember a few months ago struggling with weight below 200. It's amazing doing things you thought you'd never do. Thank you @crossfitfightworx for all the support/training and especially my boys that cheered me on today. Here's to progress and hard work. It's only up from here! Might post the video up somewhere.
