If you didn’t make this years #fitfest @therunningcenterredlands you missed out. There were so many different booths and products to learn about. We got to try new shoes from @brooksrunning @altrarunning @361usa @hokaoneone and I even won a pair of new 361’s. Can’t wait to see how these work for me. @rimrec was there and gave away 3 entries for their #runthroughthepineslakegregory on August 10 at beautiful #LakeGregory. Lopers Club were there to let folks know about our #runfamily. The Running Center also has such a great selection of @inknburn products. It’s #medalmonday and I had to share the fun @ocmarathon medal with its #kickstand Pretty cool if you ask me. I also really love the #legacy glass that is perfect for hot or cold beverages. I qualified to receive that by participating in the race for at least three years in a row. 2019 was my 9th year with this fun race. I also wanted to add a few more photos from yesterday. Almost forgot to post my #medalmonday Yikes. Had a great time in Nashville, completed a great half marathon. This city does awesome crowd support Made new friends and connected with others. I feel blessed to be able to do what I do. I also worked quite a bit this weekend and I love that I can do that remotely. Had a great time completing the @runrocknroll Nashville race (1/2 marathon) yesterday. Half marathon number 108 completed and my second time doing this race. Got to experience the #nfldraft2019 up close. Made some reconnections with friends who are now family. Sorry @sfjen2902 I cut your face off. Loved spending time on the course with #fellowprocompressionambassador @avamirk who did indeed #petallthedogs I recommend this race to anyone who wants to visit #nashville and enjoy this beautiful state. The crowd support is so fun. Some #prerace photos before the @lrmarathon this morning. One of the coldest races I have had the pleasure of running. My first time getting #hailed on. The temperatures actually dropped about 5° from the start of the race. I layered and made sure my @procompression socks were the #marathon wool to help me not get any blisters (I didn’t) while it was raining. With the #raceodyssey theme I saw at least 10 of the @inknburn #astronaut shirts. Loved connecting with my #blacksheeprun family. My #flatardee is laid our and ready. We are expecting tomorrow’s weather to not be kind so I will be layered up and possibly wearing a poncho. This years @lrmarathon theme is #2019araceodyssey and my @inknburn astronaut outfit will fit in perfectly. If I say #rainraingoaway☔️ will that work? When I ran my first full marathon here in 2017 it also poured. I guess if I can survive 26.2 miles I can complete #13.1 I am ready for #half107 and state 32!
