anyow continued playing some more Engage and noticed my most used strategy is

Put Kagetsu(swordmaster, Killing Edge ofc, with Byleth) and Lapis(Paladin, with Ike, Aether ready) into the hordes and watch everything around them just die

that and put Ivy in with Lyn to go snipe around some with tomes or bows

#txts #byleth also is nice to have if you do actually face armored units #levin sword is nice to reach etc #but just punching an enemy to actual death is much quicker and easier #and ofc the dear old spine sword is better crit and atk wise than levin #but i do have a soft spot for levin sword from my awakening days #and lapis was actually so bad before i reclassed her to paladin and gave her ike #she got like no stats anywhere and kept falling #like sis please i am trying my best here #now she is a wall and has 58hp #fun fact: rosado has 55 now and i consider him a squishy unit so where the FUCK did all that health come from #god i love when units have end level stats #or beyond end level bc you are past lv 20 w/ some #high numbers go brrrrrr #i just checked and i am also p sure kagetsu has the overall most stats rn w/ 215 #sir where did you get all these #i am sword-master biased btw #crit+avo go brrrr #i also forgot byleths +12luck helps w/ avo #so now kagetsu has 48luck which explains why he doesnt get hit #accidentally worked out rly well #i just gave byleth to him bc i like both characters #and i also just gave ike to lapis bc A she needed def and he seemed to fit that #and also B their vibes seemed similar #which i guess from the bear convo fit...#fire emblem engage
