im thinking about freed and his level of devotion again bc. what do you mean he was ready to follow laxus “even if it leads me to hell” why is he abnormal

but really his character is so interesting to me especially from a perspective of that loyalty, and even more so if you subscribe to freed being in love with laxus. that hes ready to give everything he is to the man he cares for is so tragically romantic, it always reminds me of the quote “I am not meant for casual, I was born for soul crushing devotion”
