How do Red Velvet, Pastry and Matcha meet? Since they are the ones who come from abusive and manipulative homes....

The condition of all three is stable but still somewhat uncertain.

Matcha is the most defensive, she doesn't like to be touched by anyone new and always hides behind her brother if she gets the chance, but otherwise stays away from the crowd or anyone new.

Upon learning that DE lied to her all her life, she has a grudge against her, she knew something was wrong and always thought it was something about her, but no.

It was just that DE was using her as she pleased.

Red Velvet and Pastry are in a stage of understanding, trying to digest the issue.

Both despite hating each other, they have a lot in common, the fact that they were raised to follow the wrong cause, enduring training and torture, having to realize that the person they were following was just someone manipulating them to do their will....

Red Velvet tries to keep his mind distracted from those thoughts by concentrating on the hounds he was able to grab before fleeing DE, but of course....

Pastry is mostly learning about leading a more relaxed and happy life, with the comfort that someone does love her unconditionally, but she's still afraid.

She's terrified they'll come after her.
