Hello again! (Warning, long rant again)

I'm basically making my own dc au for fun (I have too many writing projects to make another rn)

Adding onto what I created on Tom and Jensen, I wanna switch some of the characters with different ones for All Stars. This is now my au of an okay show plot

I wanna add only two characters, Drew (cause I love him and more details later), and Rosa (also explained later) and remove Miriam and Lake (I'm sorry but it's for reason and I wanna give other characters a chance to win)

The reason why I chose Drew and Rosa for All Stars is for two reasons, Fiore and common sense. For Drew, he's an underused contestant that's gone too early (honestly, glad he wasn't picked for all stars cause it kinda flopped after episode 5) but one thing that stands out about him that not a lot of the fandom bothered to notice is that Drew is a constant supporter of Fiore.

One: He probably voted for someone else (like maybe Miriam or Tom) in episode 1, and he was shocked that Fiore was voted out. Also, at the finale where Fiore was already exposed at a villain, Drew was seen at Fiore's stand despite everything, so a Drew and Fiore dynamic would be perfect because Fiore gets bullied way too much by both her teammates and the writing.

And while she does deserve some of the anger they feel towards her, you have to remember that she's just a 6-8 year old (No, I'm not excusing her actions they were bad, but there's a reason why she's this way. Monsters aren't born, they're made), so having someone who seen her at her worst and yet still cares about her would probably make Fiore realize that she's not a heartless monster like what her mom said, she's capable of love like everyone else.

Rosa is also picked for a similar reason, like Drew, while Rosa did watch DC season 1 and saw how Fiore was acting like a jerk she never really liked her first but later into watching the other half of the season she saw a bit of her daughter in Fiore if certain things happened. So when she joined All Stars, she saw the chance to help the self-proclaimed 'monster' of the Disventure Camp.

Let me tell you, if someone has been told by a bunch that they're the worst and many hateful words at a young age, gains a support system and teaches them how to truly love with time it would do wonders.

(Also, I want Rosa to adopt Fiore after the show is over. (Dis)respectfully, I don't trust Alec around kids based on the few mentions about his treatment towards his own kid)

Now, for Tom, his spy background is what made me like him back in the first season 'cuase I'm a sucker for anything spy-related. But like with any cool plotline, ONC fumbled his background just for what? Petty drama and a relationship that probably wouldn't be the best in reality.

Maybe he gets trauma from getting tortured by the enemy after being left behind on a dangerous mission by his teammates and friends he trusted (make Tom fucked up looking like the Creature from Frankenstein) and scars similar to the Phantom's eye scar and have half of his mouth exposed (just have the right side be messed up 👍🏽) Make him a recluse that learns to accept help from others along with trauma bonding with Jake (trust issues gang fr)

For the last part, Jensen. The mystery man himself: Why is he working on a reality TV show where his face could be revealed with the FBI? What did he do for the police and FBI hunting him down, and what does he gain during his stay at Disventure Camp?

Now, let's imagine this: Jensen used to be a part of this huge crime ring that he, originally named Vladimir, ruled with an iron fist. But someone snitched on the gang, and the police took down most of the gang members except Vladimir. Now, with nothing but posters asking people to look out for him, Vladimir needed to get back on top, so when he saw a sheet asking for help on a new reality show out in the middle of no where Vladimir took the job.

He changed his looks (his hair was black, but he dyed it gray to look older, covered the tattoo on his neck and blinded his left eye), and gained a new (fake) ID and changed his name to Jensen. After being hired by Derek and Trevor, he started his plan to restart his empire by selling the animal corpses he kills by the order of Derek and Trevor (He may have killed some interns and framed it as bear attacks)

When season 1 started and Tom joined (He was forced to take the job after the trouble with his teammates betraying him and his boss on their last straw at Tom), Jensen sensed something odd about him. Sneaking a peek at his bags while the players are at the challenge, Jensen finds out that Tom's a spy looking for him, so he creates a plan to make sure Tom will never catch him.

I’ve been thinking about the boatem knights recently, specifically about Pearl in her red cloak finding Scar and Grian and the implications of that. Now obviously that could just be the color of her cloak, cc!Pearl has said red is her favorite color, however I think it’s also interesting to think about how the traffic series could fit into the story. I don’t know Bee’s- or your- specific ideas for everyone’s backstories and such, so consider this rambling an au of the au lmao

(In this I’m just ignoring S9. Traffic happens in the same order but the server they return to is always S8)

Traffic is a game, Hunger Games style, but instead of appealing to some capitol, those benefiting are the watchers. They want bloodshed. They are also partially punishment to Grian and later Pearl for leaving them. Grian left them first, and after a while Pearl followed suit, which landed her a spot in Last Life and Double Life whereas she hadn’t been in 3rd Life. The two of them first became knights after Last Life. A small act of rebellion perhaps, to use their weapons and wit for a better cause than what the watchers wanted them to do. Scar, Mumbo, and Impulse join before Double Life

After the struggles of Double Life, Grian, Pearl, and Scar specifically had some healing to do. Definitely opportunity for angst there. Ultimately, though there are a couple residual sore spots, Scar and Grian are able to reconcile and their relationship is able to grow stronger through that. However, Scar still holds quite a bit of guilt, which is one of the reasons he has such a big freak out over accidentally hurting Grian (beyond just. yknow. injuring your friend). Pearl heals too, even if she still struggles with some aftereffects of it all. She’s gotten to the point where she’s able to adorn her red cloak and use some of the skills that made the others in Double Life so wary of her when needed, but for the good of her friends rather than a response to what had been done to her in the games

Ah, that did get a bit long. Sorry about that ueue, tldr this is such a good au and the combination of Bee’s art and your writing for it has made it stick in my mind so much and it’s great fun to think about

and if you bit him... ohhhh he's treating you just like he would a naughty puppy, says you need more training with a mean scowl. a few hard smacks to your ass, a rough hand on your neck. goes alllll in with the puppyplay the rest of the day, forces you to stay on your hands and knees and crawl behind him the rest of the day. keeps a tight hand on your leash and tugs when you fall too far behind. makes you bark, and if you try to talk too much he'll eventually muzzle you. laugh and pet you when you glare up at him, smiles down and calls you good puppy

I've been thinking a lot about Lunar's different designs, and would love to ramble about them a bit, if you don't mind!

All of this is, of course, completely self-indulgent, and my own interpretation!

Now, Lunar has three official VR models. There's the most iconic one, with the crescent moon, the cuter version of moon, and of course his current one! For simplicity, I will refer to them as "Crescent", "CutieMoony", and will call his current one "Pastel".

There was one other design, his very first, which was shown in the thumbnail, though in the actual show was just a very pale recoloring of moon, and only shown in reaction videos. Though it was never canon, I do still have my own interpretation to that as well! This one, I will refer to as "Pale".

"Crescent" is most important design, as it brings meaning to the rest. It lays the foundation for everything else, as it is his real design. It's what he automatically glitches into when he's under high stress. Most importantly, it's what he's been shown to look like in every other universe. Lord Lunar, Lunara, swap Lunar, all of them are the same. Crescent is universally shown to be his real self.

"Pale", on the other hand is, simply put, what Eclipse wanted him to be. Something easily pushed into the background, something mild. Something to sit by quietly, to take what is thrown at him. Pale is the opposite of who Lunar actually is. Interestingly enough, his design in the thumbnail changed the day Moon returned, the day Lunar finally decided to cut off his puppet strings and reject Eclipse. That day, he rejected the image Eclipse had crafted for him, and his design, pale and barely there at all, bloomed into something bright, something noticeable. Lunar finally became themself, no longer bound to their purpose.

"CutieMoony", is the opposite of Pale, as it's what he chose to be. This design, to me, truly underlines Lunar's relationship and appreciation for old moon. He already has an actual design, one designed by his brothers, one that's truly him, in this universe and every other, and he can change into everything he wishes to be, yet he chooses to look like old Moon. Old Moon, who knew him best, right after Monty. They have shared the same body, and old Moon has seen the dents and hurt left in Eclipse's wake. He is the one Lunar ran to, when they couldn't bear the abuse anymore, the one they cried their heart out to. And despite what Lunar did, even under the influence of someone else, he met them with nothing but care and concern. He listened to them, and visibly tried to reach out, only to hesitate and hover instead, for his hands were only ever used to hurt before, something Lunar knew. He didn't force them to stay outside, and took their place, didn't even hesitate when Lunar asked him to be his brother. He is the first one who tried so hard to be a loving brother, arguably trying to be what he couldn't be for Sun, at least not in the beginning. He actively supported their interests, remembered what they liked. When Sun scared Lunar in a horror game and made them cry, Sun panicked because Moon would hear, showing just how much of a protective barrier old Moon was for Lunar. By taking his appearance, Lunar truly showed how much they looked up to him, and how safe he made them feel, considering they took this appearance while they were trapped by KC. Another thing to note is the red and yellow accents, very reminiscent of Sun, showing how much their bond has grown since the rocky start.

Last but not least, there is "Pastel". This design definitly has a lot of interpretation to give, but my favorite to focus on is the raw wrongness of it. Because we know what Lunar looks like. He's supposed to be vibrant and blue, yet this body is purple and mellow. Ironically enough, it's very similar to "Pale", the very personification of what Eclipse wanted him to be, showing the permanent mark he has left on them, as well as their mental state. Their energy isn't genuine anymore, it's a distraction and exaggeration to run from the mess left in their head. There is also the divinity inside of them, reflected in their eyes, showing them that now, they are more than just Lunar. They are part of something much bigger than themself. This body, in every sense of the word, is not their own. It's something they might never see as a home either. Another irony is how it once again links them to Eclipse, who himself is in a body not his own.

His body is a literal copy after all, not to forget that his "real self" was universally shown to look like Solar, minus God Eclipse.

like yes, i love the moon and i think she’s beautiful and if she had a humanoid/human shaped body i would have some sort of relationship with her if she allowed it (most likely a qpr) but i’m also technically her creator (no objectum from that, i just helped create her) because i was a dominion before falling but i was ALSO some sort of space creature (not alien, just. a mixture of stardust and shit) (not literal shit just whatever’s out in space) so i also see her as one of my precious children

The hilarious thing about Limited Life, at least so far, is that the mechanic has so much angst potential, but everyone playing it left their braincells at the door and chose to pair up in the goofiest possible groups.

Like, imagine two allies right at the end, the last two standing. Both timers are low, but one is about to run out. The person with the higher time is begging the other to kill them, get that extra hour, survive, but the other stubbornly refuses to betray the person they’ve been with for so long, and holds eye contact with them as the sands slowly slip through their hourglass until finally, their time is up.

..And then you back at look at canon. Lmao I love them but they all have such wet cat energy this season and for WHAT /aff
