#mental health#tw sui ideation#absolutely wretched tonight#a bad week to have missed therapy#not that it does anything#creatively blocked and completely demoralised by the dating apps#people said to me they got more dating opportunities after transitioning#i have found the polar opposite. as soon as i made steps to physically transition i lost my long-term girlfriend#and haven’t been able to find anyone who’s willing to go on more than two dates with me#not to sound like an incel#don’t want to be around any more tbh#if failure were a country i would be its regent#almost none of my university friends care any more#can’t even hold onto the friendships that really defined me#i am going to go to sleep and practise emergency self-care but god#this should probably have stayed in the drafts
