Right NOW your energy is connected to how you THINK things are.ย ย Your thoughts are pouring out into your life, similar to this image. When we write our thoughts we have the moment to edit how we may be coming across, but how often do we do this while just thinking? Our beliefs and filled with our feelings and how those close to us are bumping up against those feelings. This creates the mental home we live in. How cluttered is your mind with what others are doing, feeling, saying or how they are acting? How often are you taking a beat to ask yourself how something makes YOU FEEL? When we react to people or situations its because of a feeling we may or not be aware of. Triggers and irritations are the part of you asking you to take a beat and pay attention to something that lies beneath. Is it about the current situation or something or someone else? Our lives change because we choose to live differently no matter the circumstances. How would life unfold if we all took responsibility for the person we choose to be? Our lives become our own when we take responsibility for our actions no matter how others feel or act. Mindfulness is a habit. A simple one that will create the life you say you want by aligning your thoughts to the actions you take. Try this for the next 48 hrs STOP and take a beat when a negative though shows up and ask yourself โdo I really believe this?โ Try talking to yourself about the Feelings that are showing up. STOP any thought that is linked with what others should or shouldnโt be doing, focus only on YOU.
