I’m so tired
#i just want !! to sleep !!!!!!!!!#cpap machine has been zero help I cannot get past the feeling of suffocating and it’s giving me anxiety every time I go to bed#and now even when I’m not using it my brain is convincing myself I am and that I can’t breathe#my heart is pumping just laying down to go to bed#I never get good sleep but it’s just been exceptionally bad lately#I think I’ll just have to die like this … always tired …. never fully asleep …….#my insurance might also repossess the machine anyway and I can’t afford it so 🤷🏻♀️#🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
