Johnny sets his backpack down on the ground and takes a few slow steps towards Daniel. Sensing something strange in the air, Daniel has the urge to back away, but fights it down. His eyes dart back up to meet a pair of icy blue ones.

“Maybe I just want to help, make it up to you for all the shit I did. I’ve got a better idea than just beating him up, anyways.”

“Yeah right,” Daniel scoffs, moving his hands up and down his arms, and eyeing Johnny skeptically. “What uh… What was your idea?”
