Daily Quarantine Challenge - 28 Headline: writing about other nations! I'm trying to finish these books by the end of the month. I have to be done with “Finding Jesus Among Muslims” by May 20 since I'm talking with the author on 21. And I must finish “Making Peace with Faith,” which is a text book written for graduate students, before 28, because I do not wanna look stupid when I'm talking with Michelle Garred that day. I have already read Covering Islam by Edward Said, and The Trouble With Islam by Irshad Manji. However, I'm so fascinated by the ways in which we cover other nations in foreign desks in newsrooms. Peace journalism is my passion. I'm almost done with that book. But, before I touch any of these books today, I have to finish editing Lara Sanderson's interview. I'm guessing it will take a good amount of 5 or 6 hours!, like my other audio-editing jobs. And, Ranna has to finish an essay, her math assignment, and 2 zoom meetings with her teacher and tutor. And, it is Ramadan !!
