What are the divisions of the Russian Empire doing during the war?

Would Soviet Russia be part of this blog I know they pulled out of the war and it was towards the end that they came into existence but would they be counted in?

I'm counting the Socialist Revolutionary Party as a prelude of Soviet Russia, so the political party can be asked things!

(There is a divison also of the Russian Empire and Russians, seeing as the Russian Empire has others under it, like Ukrainians, Estonians , ect ect )
