I’m loving this series from Dr. Youssef: Counting Stars in an Empty Sky. It’s a 10 part series and he walks you through Abraham’s and Sarah’s lives. I listened to part 7 and learned so much!! In the past, when God has instructed me to do something that was always easier to me than the periods of WAITING and when He was silent. It’s so easy to confuse His silence as: I must have done something wrong. Or He’s mad at me. SOMETIMES He is silent because He loves us more than we could ever know. He’s giving us time to grow spiritually. He is giving us time to not settle for second best. He wants to give us HIS best, but that could mean a period of waiting. I pray that this comforts someone’s heart today. I have notes from these sermons if anyone is interested. Hugs!
