Refraction

This one was hard for me to come up with an idea for. I did really want to draw Jalala and Rinor tho so I did my best to come up with a drawing featuring them :3 I got a couple of headcannons for them like Rinor being trans and Jalala being a demi-girl.

Anyways that's Refraction done :3 sorry it's late.

Alrighty, I’ve drawn these two references, so why not put them together?

Picking up where my take on these two left off…

After the realm of the living was returned to what it once was, the Stalkers of the Lotus were able to properly settle in. Jalala and Rinor were great contributors to the cult’s start, leading to Kuole offering them to be his high priests. Upon thinking, the two agreed. As time passed, Jalala was trained in magic and Rinor was trained in combat. Jalala can cast powerful spells, but her shy and nervous nature makes her prone to making mistakes. She keeps a journal and writes about her findings to ease her nerves, and every so often draws things she wouldn’t show anyone in a million years. Rinor was given a crossbow as a weapon, taking advantage of her agility and confidence, though she can get too confident at times. She and Jalala are practically inseparable, with the latter even letting her write in her journal save for a select few pages. Jalala and Kuole became fast friends upon learning that they’re both outsiders. As for how Rinor and Kuole interact, despite their bickering and disagreements, their loyalty to one another remains strong. The duo hope to find Yarlen, Jalala’s brother, though it’s easier said than done in these strange and ever so changing lands…
