Svsss Characters as Games I’ve played

Luo Binghe: Cult of the Lamb

Binghe gets CotL because while it has a beautiful and cute art design it’s also fucked as hell. The Lamb is actively slaughtering gods in revenge, sacrificing their cultists like nothing, and making said cultists do things like cannibalism and killing each other in ritual death matches. It’s both adorable and fucked up which makes it perfect for Binghe.

Shen Yuan: Cozy Grove

Cozy Grove is a day by day game where you do quests for ghosts so they can get the memories back and they can cross over into the afterlife but none of that has anything to do with why I picked it for Shen Yuan. Why I picked it for Shen Yuan is that the main character who’s a child scout get accidentally sent to the island they aren’t suppose to send scouts too because they never come back and accidentally forgets to tie their boat up and gets stranded and is totally unfazed. There are skulls on sticks and they are unfazed. You half to dig through piles of bones for some quests and guess what they are unfazed. This is the closest level of “yeah I’m totally fine in a new world no longer able to see my loved ones” to Shen Yuan’s I’ve ever seen and that’s why I picked it.

Shang Qinghua: Monster Prom

Liu Mingyan: Also Monster Prom

I’m explaining these two together because it’s the same game and I’ve picked it for similar reasons. Out of the trio of games in this series Monster Prom is arguably the most tropey, it’s about getting a prom date but everyone is a monster. And I felt they both had to be dating sims as the only other options I could see I haven’t personally played which are Office Sim and Fighting Game respectively.

Tianlang-Jun: Monster Road Trip

Similar reasoning as above but I went with Monster Road Trip because I think he’d enjoy the exploration aspect of it.

Zhuzhi-Lang: Monster Camp

The final dating sim of the list I went with Monster Camp because I genuinely think he’d enjoy it. In a depressing “not enough affection” way though.

Liu Qingge: I think he’d burst into flames if he touched a video game I’m going to be so honest

Since most of my followers come from cotl meaning y'all are freaks (affectionately) imma try to hook you on homicipher because this game is amazing and needs more attention.

(Clarifying that this is not a paid ad or anything idk if tumblr users even get ad deals. I am just very obsessed with this game and want to share it because it's pretty unique and i think y'all would like it)

DISCLAIMER: this game includes some graphic imagery as it is a horror game, at least style wise. I won't show anything too graphic here but still be warned. Some of the character designs in particular can be unnerving, let alone a certain room.

Homicipher is a point and click PC horror game by Gamera Game on steam and itch.io. Currently the free demo is out showcasing the first 20-30ish minutes of the game and the full release comes November 1st. The game itself is available in english, japanese and chinese (traditional and simplified)

You, the protagonist (claimed to be a girl but it's not that important information, because you can only really tell by the voice, ONE descriptor and 1 CG), wake up in a strange facility without knowing how you got there and all your belongings gone. You make the aquaintance with several creatures, ghosts as you later find out, who speak an entirely different language. It's up to you to decipher their language and understand them to go on not as blindly. Many of the ghosts are even friendly to you and teach you a few words as you go! Of course you dont HAVE to translate what they say, let alone be accurate. You can be pretty funny with your translations actually since you can type whatever you want!

Oh yeah, did i mention this game is a dating sim too? :3c I personally don't know that much about the future dating mechanic but there isnt an intimacy stat or anything like that, rather your choices lead you down different routes and you just have to hope you do the right thing!

Anyway PLEASE more people play it because GOD it's GOOD! And the characters, allthough you dont understand much yet and the language is very rough and simple, have so much, well, character!

Hatoful boyfriend is by far the best eroge dating sim of all time. My only complaint is it's a little too erotic, to the point it causes my dick to become almost painfully erect and I have trouble concentrating from all the blood in my head draining. Okay since followers have wondered what the fuck I was talking about, back in February the CotL devs posted this video teasing a fake dating sim that included this hotline number. They'd set a voicemail up and told us to leave a message for whatever character we wanted to flirt with. Lucky ones got responses.
