Watcher (and why nothing matters anymore):
So, in case you've been locked away under a proverbial bridge for a few days, Internet personalities Steven Lim, Ryan Bergara, and Shane Madej (known as Watcher) have elected to begin their own streaming service and ditch YouTube.
On the surface, that mightn't even seem like news at all.
After all, this sort of thing seems to happen all the time: The Try Guys left Buzzfeed to create their own company, Rhett and Link took the dive and diversified into paywalled entertainment a few years back with Mythical Society. Both of which however still rely on YouTube itself to generate views on the main channels, which funnel viewers into a FOMO type situation where "you can't miss" a special airing on the app (Mythical Society) or Patreon (Try Guys).
Watcher, in its infinite wisdom (stupidity, carelessness, unparalleled greed - take your pick) has decided that YouTube is pointless, and has moved ALL their content behind a paywall, claiming that the service was amping up to provide "TV quality programming", leaving only old content and the first episodes of the new shows up on their YouTube page as a subtle tease as to what you could get for $6/month.
It's now quite apparent from reading the comments section of their (now infamous) YouTube video, their official subreddit, and the tag on X that the fans were...not thrilled. The fingers began to be pointed within minutes. Name calling soon after. Then this blossomed into dissertations on why this was a horrible idea.
Then we found out that there was no app. Just a website. So you're paying for website access. Not a full blown streaming service to rival Netflix. Oh, and they don't even have their own servers, the videos are hosted by Vimeo. The deeper the comments section dug, the nastier the attacks got. Steven soon became the whipping boy. His past, his interviews, scanned and mercurially dug up for juicy tidbits (although all anyone gleaned from these was he's rich, was born rich, drives a Tesla in LA, likes fancy food, and has friends whom he values who are racist and possibly sexist and will not sever ties with them).
Then came the cries of incongruity. Shane Madej repeatedly said to "Eat the Rich", and here he was schilling for a platform that cost $6 a month. The cries began to pirate all of the new Watcher content because maybe he was under duress and was secretly telling them to do so. Fact is, I don't know if he was or what, but I'm certain he's under contract and wants his job.
Then came the videos from other internet users analyzing the video, and comparing this to the Try Guys situation with Ned a few months back. Both are disasters, each in unique ways with different players, and such like but here's the vast difference: none of this will even matter in a month.
Let me explain: We are in the total free fall stage of Watcher's Internet Streamer Service. What they do in the next 24-48 hours is crucial. If they revert back to their YouTube channel and apologize, they'll be fine. People will probably poke fun at them, but they'll be forgiven, eventually. But if they don't and they keep on, ignoring the fans, dousing the haters, and make it a month, I doubt we will see any resistance outside of a terse article or two.
Why? The collective memory span in this day and age is extremely short, many have likely already made judgment in their head and have passed said judgment. Therefore, they'll avoid the channel, and the streamer and will be blissfully unaware of any changes. Those who have joined up and paid will remain members, and those who have elected to remain subscribed will likely remain so and will watch the free content until they can afford the $6/month.
The thing is like it or hate it, if they decide to do nothing and ignore the public at large, they most likely will be fine. Maybe they will not have the hugest subscriber base, but people will forget about this. Something else major that is more salacious will spring up in the months ahead. Will there be lingering anger? Sure, but like I said before, these people have already passed judgment so they're already gone.
In an era of "nothing fucking matters" when your choices are sometimes entirely out of your direct control and are (at best) two sides of the same coin, it should be of absolutely no surprise to anyone that there is a fairly good possibility even after all that has transpired that nothing bad will happen. Lest we forget that old adage: "there is no such thing as bad PR".
Personally, I feel $6 is a tad much for a non-app based web streamer with little to no content. It was disingenuous to announce its launch internationally where even more people can't afford it, and some can't even view it. Steven wasn't upfront with who was in charge and now it really does seem like he's using the subscriptions to fund his international gallivanting. It's clear nobody wanted TV-show quality Ghost Files to take place in another country, nor did they want an old show revived with votes when you pay the first month's dues. They say it's a case of Watcher "not reading the room".

AI Can't Be the Whole Solution for Manga
So this week I found out out a Japanese start-up called Orange, who wants to be the Netflix of manga by translating a lot of manga with new apps and tools for the world to fight against online piracy. And to do so, the company will use AI to machine translate all of their manga into English. They also received $20 million USD in funding (one of their investors is Shogakukan) for their goal. This company wants to release up to 500 titles a month at some point.
I honestly don't know how to feel about this.
I read a more in-depth report from Deb Aoki of ComicsBeat and Mangasplaining about this whole startup. There's a lot of tout given by Orange about how this will help the manga industry overseas. Terms like deep learning, accessible content, influencers, reducing cost of localization, etc. are thrown around. Orange already has done some work for Shueisha for some of its MangaPlus titles. While it's apparent that the North American market only gets a small fraction of the manga published in Japan, there's concerns over whether this endeavor will end well.
A good number of manga translators and editors in the North American localization scene have commented on how bad this can be. AI machine translation is far from perfect. While DeepL (a Japanese language translation app similar to Google Translate) is arguably better than Google Translate, there's still errors abound. AI machine translation doesn't seem to be at a stage where you can just show it off to the world and have it translate something like a research paper with context. And even if the translation was good, there still needs to be people to fix errors AI will miss and the jobs to fix those errors don't necessarily pay well since they're the equivalent of "data entry" jobs.
And speaking as someone who reads up on mental health news, AI is not good for picking up nuances and differences that can help people for the better. It's only good for standardizing universal treatments. AI can not be open to the vulnerabilities of other people. One recent story I read last year was about a eating disorder helpline that created a chatbot to help those with eating disorders and how it bombed. There were complaints about how the bot didn't address patients' concerns that they were feeling down or bad about their bodies. Even worse, the chatbot gave some horrible advice by telling people to follow behaviors that led to their eating disorders in the first place. The support staff was fired in favor of the chatbot and while the chatbot was taken down after the complaints, it still left a bad taste in my mouth because mental health problems can never be solved without the human element.
I see this with what's apparently going to happen with manga. I don't see this creating a better world for manga readers. I'm well aware that there are a few professional manga translators in the scene who aren't doing a good job, but I feel they're doing fine for the most part. There's a glaring issue though that most people aren't thinking about - the amount of content we have out there.
We're in a golden age of having so much catered to us that it's ridiculous. Anime, manga, webtoons, video games, board games, music, etc. There's a lot out there. And to have a Japanese startup proclaim that they want to put out up to 500 titles a month, who realistically has the time to read all of them? I wonder if that's the point of these ventures - beat down consumers with so much material to consume that they become apathetic to what's going on behind the scenes.
I do want people to read manga, but I don't want them to become so overwhelmed to the point of burnout and numbness. That's the last thing any manga fan should want. I'm already hearing complaints from my fellow manga peers about the amount of manga we're getting here. It's nice to see bookshelves and libraries filled with manga, but which titles are really being read?
I also think there seems to be no universal standard that EVERYONE can agree with regards to localization. You have the professional side that knows a lot due to being inside the industry, but can be hindered by the Japanese publishing side and pestered by fans who think they know better. And you have the fan side that thinks they know everything because of scanlations and miscellaneous fan translations.
If you're a professional, it's a rough job and I applaud all manga freelancers who do it. Sometimes, I may not agree with the localization choices. But I'm not going to raise a pitchfork and treat them like they're witches. I know a few of those folks in-person and see the human in them.
If you're a fan, you can't expect a very casual reader to understand Japanese terms being spoken out right off the bat. It takes a while to get used to those terms. I'll use myself as an example as a riichi mahjong player. I throw out terms like suji, kabe, mentanpin, ryanmen, etc. to my fellow players. However, if there's an absolute beginner I'm talking to, they will have no idea what the hell I'm talking about.
I know some fans are like "Whatever, understanding those terms make me stand out. Yeah, I'm different! Screw the normal world!" But that makes it sound like gatekeeping to a certain degree. It's fine to have that kind of knowledge, but binding it to the very fabric of your identity is not healthy when circumstances change.
Orange seems to want a universal standard for manga translation by incorporating a variety of people into their process, but the fact that people will only be involved AFTER the translation makes me skeptical and the company is being called out for some things on their website. Both professionals and consumers will be screwed here. AI is being pushed so hard by corporations because it can readily applied to real life jobs and regular people in many ways, compared to cryptocurrency/NFTs, which applies only to people with a crap ton of money to spend. I've seen instances of AI usage at the company I work at - some of it good, some of it bad.
But nothing will beat the will and heart of the people. I think that's what scares AI-promoting people. Turning us into total mindless consumers prevents us from being mindful people that want to do right by others. Sure, reading manga makes me happy. But I don't want to be the only one who's happy. I also want people to make informed choices about what to consume.
I also want some people to stop assuming that Japan is the most "anti-woke" country alive out of their rage against localization because it's totally not. Japan has problems and there's people living there speaking out against them. They're "woke" in their own way. I swear that almost everyone who thinks Japan is better than the West hasn't lived there at all and are basing things from a very filtered point of view. I actually feel sorry for them because their lives are just so focused on consuming without thinking for themselves - a perfect market for the AI-pushing crowd.
I'll finish by saying that this AI-powered manga translation venture needs to happen with the right kind of people already on the table through the whole process and where everyone benefits. Everything bad with AI, as far as I've seen, has left people behind with no compassion or empathy. Manga has taught the wonders of compassion and empathy for all and I don't see the Japanese business side of things preaching what their works speak.

How Amazon transformed the EU into a planned economy
Amazon is a perfect parable of enshittification, the process by which platforms first offer subsidies to end users until they’re locked in, then make life good for business customers at users’ expense, until they’re locked in, then claw back all the value they can for themselves, leaving just enough behind to keep the lock-in going.
In a new report for SOMO, Margarida Silva describes how the end-stage enshittification of Amazon is playing out in the EU, with Amazon repeating its US playbook of gouging the small businesses who have no choice but to use the platform in order to reach its locked-in customers, making European customers and European sellers poorer:
https://www.somo.nl/amazons-european-chokehold/
The mechanism for this isn’t a mystery. Amazon boasts about it! They call it their flywheel: first, customers are lured into the platform with low prices, especially through Prime, which requires pre-payment for a year’s shipping, which virtually guarantees that customers will start their shopping on Amazon. Because customers now start their buying on Amazon, sellers have to be there. The increased range of goods for sale on Amazon lures in more buyers, who lure in more sellers, with both sides holding each other hostage:
https://vimeo.com/739486256/00a0a7379a
This flywheel creates a vicious cycle, starving local retail so that customers can’t get what they need from brick-and-mortar shops, which funnels sellers into offering their goods for sale on Amazon. The less choice customers and sellers have about where they shop, the more Amazon can abuse both to pad its own bottom line.
There are 800,000 EU-based sellers on Amazon, and they have seen the junk-fees that Amazon charges them skyrocket, to the point where they have to raise prices or lose money on each sale. Amazon uses both tacit and explicit “Most Favored Nation” deals to hide these price-hikes. Under an MFN deal, sellers must not allow their goods to be sold at a lower price than Amazon’s — so when they raise prices to cover Amazon’s increasing fees, they raise them everywhere:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/04/25/greedflation/
It’s not hard to understand why Amazon would raise its fees: the company has an effective e-commerce monopoly. Like Ozymandias, they have run out of worlds to conquer, and so their growth has to come from squeezing suppliers and/or raising prices, not from bringing in new customers. This is likewise true of mobile companies like Apple and Google, who have run out of people who are so excited about incremental mobile hardware gains that they’ll buy a new phone every year, which means that growth has to come from squeezing app vendors:
https://www.tbray.org/ongoing/When/202x/2023/06/09/Pixel-4-to-7
This is likewise true of the streaming companies, which is why Netflix is cracking down on “password sharing”:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/02/02/nonbinary-families/#red-envelopes
It’s true of the movie studios, which is why they want to zero out their wage bills by replacing writers with automatic plausible sentence generators that will write stupid movies that they think we’ll still pay to see because there won’t be anything else:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/05/06/people-are-not-disposable/#union-strong
It’s certainly true of Uber, which is why they’ve double the cost of a taxi ride and halved the wages they pay drivers:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/04/12/algorithmic-wage-discrimination/#fishers-of-men
Monopolies “grow” by making their customers and suppliers worse off. But they have to be careful about this: if it’s obvious that you’re using your market power to screw buyers, you can get in trouble with competition regulators. That’s because the only part of antitrust law that the neoliberal project left intact is “consumer welfare” — the idea that monopolies should only face enforcement when they raise prices and/or lower quality:
https://pluralistic.net/2022/10/10/play-fair/#bedoya
This focus on price-hikes has given monopolists a free hand to squeeze suppliers and workers, because a monopolist — from Walmart to Amazon — can claim that squeezing your workers and suppliers is necessary to enhancing consumer welfare. The less you pay to produce a product, the cheaper you can price it.
When a company has a lot of seller power, we call it a monopolist. When it has a lot of buying power, we call it a monopsonist. No one ever made a bestselling, family-destroying board game called “Monopsony” so most people haven’t heard of the concept. But monopsony is every bit as dangerous as monopoly, and monopsonists find it far easier to acquire market power than monopolists. Few suppliers can afford to have even 10% of their sales disappear overnight, so a buyer who accounts for 10% of your sales can demand deep discounts and other favorable terms.
Amazon is a monopolist, but it’s also a very powerful and ruthless monopsonist. For example, its audiobook division, Audible, has a 90+% market-share, and it used that market-power to steal at least $100m from audiobook creators, in a scandal dubbed Audiblegate:
https://pluralistic.net/2022/09/07/audible-exclusive/#audiblegate
For Europe’s 800k sellers who rely on Amazon to reach their customers, the monoposony conditions are blatant and shameless. Take listing fees: Amazon’s “flywheel” pitch claims that as the company grows, it achieves “economies of scale” that can lower its cost basis. But Amazon’s listing fees haven’t changed, even as the company experienced explosive growth in the EU (remember, sellers whose Amazon fees exceed their margins have to pass those fees onto buyers, and also raise their prices everywhere else to satisfy the Most Favored Nation requirement).
Amazon books the revenues from these fees — and other junk-fees it extracts from sellers — in Luxembourg, an EU member nation that provides a tax haven to multinational businesses that want to maintain the fiction that they operate their businesses out of the tiny kingdom. There is sharp competition in the EU to offer the most servile, corrupt environment for multinationals, and Luxembourg is a leader, along with Cyprus, Malta and, of course, Ireland:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/05/15/finnegans-snooze/#dirty-old-town
But at least listing fees haven’t gone up, unlike other fees, which have climbed sharply. Amazon falsely claimed that its additional revenues from fees were the result of growth by independent sellers, which Amazon pegged at 65%. Later, the company admitted that the true growth figure was 22%. Meanwhile, fees are up 85%.
The true growth figure might be lower still. Amazon refuses to show the math behind its growth figures, or even say which sellers and sales are included in the figure.
The SOMO report cites research by Juozas Kaziukėnas of the e-commerce research firm Marketplace Pulse, who finds that sellers are now giving 50% of their gross revenues to Amazon, an increase of 10% over the past five years across the whole EU. However, different EU (and ex-EU) countries have experienced much steeper increases in fees — in the UK, fees have nearly doubled (up 98%), and in France, fees more than doubled (up 115%).
Many of these increases come from the Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA) program, which is promoted as an optional service, but which is really obligatory — careful research shows that sellers who warehouse, pack and ship their own goods get banished to the depths of search results, even if they have ratings, costs and times that are competitive with FBA. This is especially true of the “buy box” that lands at the top of most searches. The company refuses to disclose how buy box positioning is determined, but 90% of products in the buy box pay for FBA.
Amazon has used excuseflation to hike its FBA prices, blaming higher energy prices for price hikes that predated the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and blaming covid for price hikes that predated the pandemic.
Italy’s competition authority did yeoman service in uncovering the sleaze of FBA, publishing an investigation that showed that Prime and buy box made the notionally “optional” FBA into a must-have for merchants, meaning that Amazon could jack up FBA prices without losing business.
Another notable source of gouging came in response to the UK and France adopting digital services taxes, which were meant to make up for the tax-base erosion enabled by Luxembourg’s flouting of EU tax law. Amazon passed these taxes straight through to its merchants, without seeing a comparable decrease in the number of sellers using its platforms — an unmistakable sign of market power. If you can raise prices without losing customers, then, by definition, your customers have nowhere else to go.
I’ve previously written about how Amazon’s $31b/year “advertising” market isn’t really advertising — rather, it’s a payola scheme that auctions off the top of a search-listing to the merchant with the most to spend:
https://pluralistic.net/2022/11/28/enshittification/#relentless-payola
This is how you get a simple search like “cat beds” returning results whose first screen is 100% ads, and whose next five screens are 50% ads, many of them for dog products:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/interactive/2022/amazon-shopping-ads/
Auctioning off search results means that every time you search for something you want, you have to wade through screen after screen of listings for products whose vendors spent more on advertising, leaving less to spend on making quality goods.
This is as true in the EU as it is in the USA. The SOMO report shows that European merchants are required to spend ever-larger sums to show up in results for the exact products they sell, leaving them with a choice between making less money, raising prices, or skimping on quality.
But even the “winners” of Amazon’s gladiatorial combat among vendors can still lose. Amazon uses an automated product removal process that can delete some or all of a merchant’s products, without warning or explanation, and no one at Amazon will explain what a merchant did wrong. That remains true even if a vendor pays for Amazon’s “marketplace consultant” service — ask these paid Virgils why you’ve been cast into Amazon’s pit, and they’ll shrug their shoulders (and bill you for it).
And even if you can navigate the junk fees, the Kafka-as-a-service removals, the war of all sellers against all sellers for search primacy…you still lose. Merchants told SOMO that a product that survives Amazon’s gauntlet is likely to be cloned by Amazon and sold as an Amazon Basic or other house-brand product. Amazon doesn’t charge itself 50% junk fees, so it can always underprice the vendors it knocks off, and give its own products permanent top-of-search placement.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos once testified under oath before Congress that this doesn’t happen — and then refused to return to Congress when multiple vendors showed evidence that he’d lied:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2021/10/18/amazon-congress-letter-third-party-data/
He definitely lied:
https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/amazon-india-rigging/
Amazon has faced investigations and enforcement in the EU over this, and settled a claim with a promise to “not use non-public seller data to compete with sellers,” but given the company’s record of broken promises on this score and the difficulty of catching them cheating, it’s pretty naive to think they’ll stick to this.
The report quotes Thomas Höppner, a lawyer who has represented small businesses that Amazon screwed over. Höppner says the problem is that the EU evaluates Amazon’s bad deeds on a “case-by-case” basis, missing the big picture: “By the time one identified problem was seemingly solved, Amazon had long made amendments elsewhere with the same effect. We require a more holistic approach that considers the entire Amazon ecosystem and the various interdependencies within.”
But the EU’s enforcement approach is about to change significantly. The EU just passed the Digital Markets Act (DMA), which imposes a bunch of obligations on Amazon:
allowing sellers to offer their products on other marketplaces at different prices (Article 5.3),
not obliging business users to pay for one of its services in order to use its platform (Article 5.8),
limiting the way Amazon uses non-public seller data to compete with them (Article 6.2)
preventing Amazon from giving top billing in search results to its own products or sellers that have acquired extra Amazon services (Article 6.5)
The report concludes with a suite of recommendations for improving EU enforcement. First, they argue for a return to traditional competition law, abandoning the “consumer welfare standard” that is so friendly to monopsonies and their abuses of suppliers and workers.
They call for a probe into Amazon’s Most Favored Nation deals (“fair pricing policy”), the practice of sponsoring search results, and spiraling fees. They want the EU to adequately fund DMA enforcement, with “measures to prevent regulatory capture.” And they want Amazon to publish clear explanations for how search results, buy box placement, and other practices hidden behind a veil of secrecy.
Amazon will doubtless claim that disclosing how those systems work will make it easier for spammers and scammers to game their way to the top of search results. We should be skeptical of this claim — content moderation is the last domain where anyone takes the bankrupt idea of security through obscurity seriously:
https://doctorow.medium.com/como-is-infosec-307f87004563
Finally, the report calls for breaking up Amazon, forcing it to choose between being a platform seller or a platform user, calling this the only way to “prevent the conflicts of interest between its role as a platform intermediary, seller, and service provider.”
The technical term for this measure is “structural separation” — a rule that bans platform companies from competing with their business customers. This is the principle at work in the US bipartisan AMERICA Act, which would force Google and Meta to spin off the parts of their ad-tech business that put them in a conflict of interest. Right now, Googbook represents both publishers and advertisers, while operating the marketplace where ad sales take place, and they take 51% out of every ad dollar:
https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2023/05/save-news-we-must-shatter-ad-tech
Structural separation hasn’t really been applied in the US for a generation, but it’s gained currency in recent years, for the obvious reason that the referee can’t also own one of the teams. I was in Germany last week speaking to regulators and politicians, and they espoused skepticism that the EU would embrace structural separation anytime soon.
But they were wrong! Today, the European Commission announced plans to force Google and Meta to sell off their conflict-of-interest ad-tech lines of business, mirroring the provisions of the US AMERICA Act:
https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2023/06/google-may-soon-be-ordered-to-break-up-its-lucrative-ad-business-eu-warns/
Structural separation really is the policy we should be demanding. It’s amazing that lawyers who would never argue a case in front of a judge who was married to the plaintiff will turn around and defend the idea that Amazon can fairly operate a marketplace where they compete with other sellers.
With Amazon dominating online sales, and with in-person retail cratering, Amazon’s decisions have the power to determine the outcome of whole swathes of Europe’s economy. This is the “planned economy” that the EU claims it detests and seeks to prevent — but it’s an economy planned by distant autocrats in a Seattle boardroom, for the purpose of extracting the surpluses needed to launch an endless procession of penis-rockets.

I enjoyed the first episode of Season 4 of Walker, it's no peak SPN but it's grown into itself. I'm not an avid watcher but it's easy TV and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
So my question is, what number of viewers need to be on live and +7 for it to stay on air and with what demographic?
The live figures and demographic seemed to be falling, but that is the same for all CW shows.
Are you still expecting an announcement of an extended series announcement?
FYI, there is a picture of Jensen in Vancouver having dinner with some of the cast of Watcher, so the rumour is yet another guest star gig is on the cards...
With over 50% of total (legal) TV viewers in U.S are now online and catch-up services, Live TV viewers are only a small chunk of what advertisers use. Live TV viewings do matter, but the networks also look at how a show does in DVR (up to 35 days post-airing usually) and on streaming. Part of the reason why CW created the CW app was so they could get better user data, and optimize their content based on that (similar to the OG Netflix model), so it would make sense if they put less weight on Live TV viewership, as the OG CW had already done. If one person watches twice on CW app then they would be counted as two content starts. And if one person watched the full 40 min duration twice then they would have contributed 80 minutes of viewing to the show. But if you want to a reach of unique non-duplicated viewers for a certain show, they’d be counted once. There are a lot of different metrics but multiple viewings factor into plenty of them. Same for actual true for linear tv - if you watch something on a dvr more than once they are all counted. It’d be cool if these streaming numbers were released, but unfortunately that’s a much less transparent process than Live TV, so non-industry people still base their ratings knowledge off of that.
The Nielsen ratings are still used and still matters and it helps that there’s industry transparency. Linear tv still sells mostly on C3 (commercial viewing live + 3 days). But networks will track digital viewing within the US. There's a lot of metrics to measure “success” on digital platforms beyond viewership - how many new subscribers it brought in, if they stayed to watch other things, how long they spend on the platform, etc
Of course CW app doesn't have subscribers but downloads. On Valentines Day CW app officially crossed 100 million downloads across all platforms and was #1 in the Apple App Store for 3 consecutive years during fall premieres.
The rule of thumb is if an app has 10 million downloads, on average 30% of downloads are active. So CW app has 100 million downloads, 30% are active, and a total of 30 million active users. With ads, it's easy money for the network.
For context.
Peacock = 31 million subscribers
Paramount = 37 million subscribers
Max = 98 million subscribers
Disney = 111 million subscribers
Netflix = 260 million subscribers
Of the Big 5's subscribers, we don't know the percentage of active watchers. But streaming services actually prefer that you don't watch because that costs bandwidth. Just like gyms make their money from memberships where most members don't go to the gym regularly.
At this point no, I don't expect series extension announcement. The whole industry is going, as they say in business downsizing, restructuring.
I said in another post, never say never to the idea of Jensen scoring a guest star gig on Tracker.

2 chapter:
𝚕𝚒𝚋𝚛𝚊𝚛𝚢
You and Sraxxze go to the library, the library pretty big but you notice the not so many people there.
“Long time ago, many people used go to here but now. They only use the technical thing most. You know there has Disney +, Hulu and Netflix. And they have book app, so they don’t need come here the library. In your time, did people go the library?” Sraxxze said, “well yeah. Dear @chronicintrovert,
Hi.
One year ago today, I sat down on a Friday evening to watch this new show on Netflix. I didn't know much about it other than that it was gay (inclusive) and British, either of which is enough to get me to watch something.
I knew it was eight episodes, so I didn't intend to finish the whole thing in one sitting. But I simply couldn't look away. I was stunned by every aspect: The concept, the writing, the acting, the animations, even the blue-yellow color scheme that I catch some new detail of on each rewatch. Before I knew it, it was midnight and I was watching animated waves splash around Charlie Spring and Nick Nelson, confirmed boyfriends.
The next morning, I sat at a traffic light on my way to the grocery store when I realized I was smiling for no discernible reason (it was 8 o’clock… I had no reason to be happy running errands at that hour). It was leftover joy from the previous night. Never before has media so affected me — infected me — as Heartstopper did.
Today, I can happily report Heartstopper had a tangible, deeply positive impact on my life. I devoured your entire back catalog of work, each one as impressive and engrossing and relatable as the last. I continued on, plowing through stacks of queer books (thanks, local library!) with a hunger I haven't felt since I was a teenager.
You've also brought me my own creative fulfilment. Heartstopper inspired me to write more than I ever had before, and to get to know other wonderful, dedicated, talented Heartstopper writers from around the world. Sorry, it's fanfic, I know there are legal and personal reasons you can never read it.
Still, please know there's an incredible community of writers and artists churning out world-class fiction that extends the canonical stories of Nick and Charlie or other characters, or imagines them in new settings: Single dad Nick struggling not to fall in love with his housemate; a dating app AU that is a comprehensive study of trauma and healing; 10th century Vikings exploring historical themes of queerness; two patients meeting in a hospital and healing each other emotionally; professional rugby AUs that tap into queer sports issues; fics where Nick and/or Charlie are trans or demi; even one where they're soulmates who turn into cats when the other has naughty thoughts about them. And those are just the tip of the iceberg.
On a more personal note, Nick and Charlie have enriched my life. My life is way better because I found Heartstopper. I try to keep compassion and empathy at the forefront, just like Charlie. When I'm angry, I think to myself, "What Would Nick Nelson Do?", and that usually involves calming myself and seeking solutions. (I have yet to punch a homophobe, but I'm not opposed.)
I was also inspired by Nick to come out to my family and friends as aspec. I had long thought it didn't matter much, since I will never bring home a partner, so what was there to tell? But after watching Heartstopper, I desired to live more openly, and now I am.
I know all of this has come at a cost. You've spoken about the intense pressure to deliver season 2 and the ongoing comics. The cast has also faced inappropriate and invasive attention from what I firmly believe is a small minority of Heartstopper fans who clearly missed its message (not that those people should be considered fans at all). I'm not sure what to do about the world other than cherish your art and proclaim its ideals.
Thank you for your vision, your talent, and your years of hard work. Thank you to the cast and crew who brought Heartstopper off the page and onto my screen. I cannot wait (but I will!) to see what you create next.
Love,
A Heartstopper fan xx

Why Hiring a ReactJS Developer is Crucial for Your Next Web Project 🚀
When it comes to building a dynamic and high-performance web application, choosing the right technology is crucial. ReactJS has become one of the most popular JavaScript libraries, loved by developers and businesses alike for its ability to create user-friendly interfaces with speed and efficiency. If you’re considering ReactJS for your next project, there’s one essential step to take: hire ReactJS developers. In this blog, we’ll explore why hiring expert ReactJS developers is critical for the success of your web project.
What is ReactJS? 🤔
ReactJS, developed by Facebook, is an open-source JavaScript library used for building user interfaces, particularly single-page applications. It allows developers to create reusable UI components, making it easier to manage and maintain complex applications. ReactJS is widely used by companies like Airbnb, Instagram, and Netflix for its efficiency and flexibility, and it’s one of the most sought-after skills in the web development world.
Why Choose ReactJS for Your Web Project? 🌐
Before diving into why you should hire ReactJS developers, it’s important to understand why ReactJS is the go-to choice for modern web development:
High Performance ⚡ReactJS uses a virtual DOM (Document Object Model), which optimizes updates and improves the overall performance of the application. Instead of reloading the entire page, React only updates the parts that have changed. This results in a more seamless user experience and quicker page loads.
Reusable Components 🔄One of ReactJS’s strongest features is its component-based architecture. Developers can create reusable components, which speeds up development and ensures consistency across your application. This modular approach allows for easier updates and modifications, reducing development time and costs.
Strong Community Support 👥ReactJS has a vast and active community of developers, which means continuous improvements, an abundance of resources, and readily available solutions to common challenges. By choosing ReactJS, you’re not only leveraging a powerful technology but also gaining access to a wealth of knowledge and support.
The Importance of Hiring ReactJS Developers 🧑💻
Now that we’ve established the benefits of ReactJS, let’s dive into why it’s essential to hire ReactJS developers for your web project.
1. Expertise in the Framework 🎯
ReactJS may be a powerful tool, but like any technology, its effectiveness depends on the skill of the developer. By hiring a dedicated ReactJS developer, you’re ensuring that your project is handled by someone who understands the ins and outs of the framework. This expertise will result in a more efficient development process, fewer bugs, and a better-performing application.
2. Customization and Scalability 🚀
When you hire ReactJS developers, they can tailor the application to meet your specific business needs. Whether you’re building a small web app or a large-scale platform, ReactJS developers can create scalable solutions that grow with your business. Their ability to customize the application ensures that your project isn’t just another cookie-cutter web app but something unique and aligned with your goals.
3. Cost and Time Efficiency 💰
Hiring experienced ReactJS developers can save both time and money. Their familiarity with the framework allows them to work more efficiently, completing tasks faster and reducing the overall cost of development. Additionally, their ability to create reusable components means that future updates and changes will be quicker and easier to implement.
4. Focus on User Experience 💡
A significant part of a successful web application is the user experience. ReactJS developers understand how to build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that engage your audience. With their expertise, they can ensure that your web app is not only visually appealing but also easy to navigate and use, leading to higher user satisfaction and better retention rates.
5. Ongoing Maintenance and Support 🛠️
Web application development is a continuous process. You’ll need to maintain it over time, making updates, fixing bugs, and adding new features. When you hire ReactJS developers, you’re also investing in long-term support. These developers can provide ongoing maintenance, ensuring that your application continues to perform at its best and stays up-to-date with the latest technologies.
How to Hire ReactJS Developers for Your Project 🤝
For your project, selecting the best ReactJS developer might make all the difference. Here’s how you can approach the hiring process:
Define Your Requirements: Clearly outline the scope of your project, the features you need, and your long-term goals. This will help you find a developer whose skills align with your vision.
Evaluate Expertise: Look for developers with a proven track record of working on ReactJS projects. Check their portfolio, client reviews, and experience with similar applications.
Technical Interview: Ensure the developer has a deep understanding of ReactJS, including its components, lifecycle methods, hooks, and state management tools like Redux.
Test Their Skills: Consider a small test project or coding challenge to assess their coding style, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
Conclusion 🏆
Hiring a ReactJS developer is an investment in the success of your web project. Their expertise in the framework, ability to deliver customized and scalable solutions, and focus on creating a seamless user experience will set your project apart from the competition. If you’re looking to build a high-performance web application, don’t hesitate to hire ReactJS developers who can bring your vision to life and help your business grow.
With the right team in place, you’ll be well on your way to launching a successful web application that delights users and drives business results. 🌟

Hire Node.js Developer: A best guide to build scalable, high-performance web applications
Only professional Node.js developers are in a position to design highly demanded real-time applications. This can be a social networking site, an e-commerce platform, or even any application working with large volumes of data. With all these benefits of Node.js on the table, your project becomes a success. It contains the major skills you have to hire Node.js developer, the hiring process, and how it can aid you in making the perfect decision for optimizing your hiring strategy.
Why Node.js?
Node.js is a cross-platform and open-source for runtime environment like JavaScript based on the Chrome V8 engine. It provides an environment where JavaScript can run at server side, giving a flexible and efficient way to develop applications both for clients and server sides. In the market, companies like Netflix, LinkedIn, and Uber are also using Node.js for creating applications efficiently with performance support and enabling real-time functionalities. The correct decision to hire a Node.js developer for your project:
High Performance: Node.js is great in handling concurrent requests; it's excellent for applications with heavy traffic.
Scalability: Node.js supports horizontal scaling, thus easily able to handle the high load of users.
Cost Efficiency: JavaScript-based, developers can work on the whole application stack in Node.js, thus cutting development time and costs.
Active Community Support: Node.js boasts of an active community with constant updates, resources, and plugins that increase its functionality.
Key Skills to Look for While Hiring Node.js Developers
Finding the right talent can be started by knowing well what you are looking out for. Node.js developers must have a combination of technical and problem-solving skills that will allow them to satisfy your project's needs. Here are some important skills that you should be looking for:
Proficiency in JavaScript: Node.js is fundamentally based on JavaScript, so a strong understanding of JavaScript (including ES6+) is very much important.
Experience with Node.js Framework: Familiarity with using frameworks like Express.js, Koa.js, or NestJS would shorten development as they have provided structures for managing large applications along with prewritten functions to facilitate the handling of large apps.
Asynchronous Programming Ability: A developer with proficiency in asynchronous operation by applying callbacks, promises, or async/await would give a strong underpinning to the fast execution efficiency of Node.
Knowledge on Front-End Technologies: Familiarity with building HTML and CSS with any basic front-end framework places a Node.js developer within a comfortable scope of coordination with the front-end groups.
Database Management Skills: Since the modern applications require lots of complex data management a Node.js developer should possess both relational, like MySQL, and non-relational, like MongoDB databases.
Security Best Practices: To keep away possible threats; good developer should know its security protocols, like HTTP, authentication systems, or even data encryption.
Where to Find Good Node.js Developers
It is never easy to find the best talent, but there are a few well-known platforms and ways of finding Node.js developers.
Freelance Platforms: The websites Upwork, Freelancer, and Toptal give access to a pool of freelancers with different levels of Node.js expertise.
Developer Communities: GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Dev.to are ideal places to find active developers with a public portfolio of work.
Job Boards and Niche Websites: A lot of recruiters use general hiring websites, like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, for full-time positions. For tech-oriented jobs, platforms like Stack Overflow Jobs and AngelList are very effective.
Outsourcing Companies for Software Development: If you are in need of a dedicated team, you may want to consider a well-established outsourcing company like AIS Technolabs that can provide vetted and experienced Node.js developers.
The Ways of Screening and Interviewing Node.js Developers
This would require some vetting to hire the right Node.js developer. Consider these tips for a proper evaluation of the candidate:
Technical Test: Design a small test project or coding challenge to test their problem-solving skills, coding style, and basic knowledge of Node.js.
Review portfolio: Look into some previous work that they have done to get insight into their development style, understanding of Node.js frameworks, and ability to work on projects similar to yours.
Behavioral and technical interview: Inquire about experience with asynchronous programming, error handling, and specific Node.js libraries.
Problem-Solving Scenarios: What are some real-life scenarios associated with your project? How do they approach problems regarding scaling, optimizing performance, and security issues.

Top Features of an OTT App
Personalized Profiles: This feature recommends content based on the user’s viewing history. This customization improves the user experience. It makes it easier to find relevant shows and movies.
Smart Search Options: Users can quickly find content with advanced search. It has filters, suggestions, and voice search. Content discovery flows effortlessly with intelligent search. Seamless efficiency defines this process, enhancing user experience. Smart algorithms sift through data, delivering relevant results swiftly.
Watchlist: Users curate their own media library with a watchlist. Saving favourites for later boosts retention and flexibility. This personalized collection fosters a sense of ownership, keeping viewers engaged and coming back for more. A simple feature with a powerful impact on the user experience.
Multi-Language Support: Multilingual options unlock worldwide appeal. Global reach demands diverse language support. This feature helps platforms reach new markets. It provides content and UIs in multiple languages, boosting accessibility and inclusivity.
Payment Gateway Integration: An OTT app can increase subscriptions. It can do this by offering multiple, secure payment options. Users can enjoy seamless transactions when purchasing or leasing content. The process eliminates friction, providing a sleek and effortless experience.
Screen Casting: Users crave flexibility in their viewing habits. The app’s casting feature delivers, enabling content to leap from small screens to TVs and projectors. This cross-device feature meets a need in today’s mobile world. Entertainment follows viewers everywhere they go.

Smooth functionality across devices keeps users engaged. An effortless UI/UX is the cornerstone of user retention and satisfaction in the streaming world.
Monetization Models for OTT Apps
Subscription-Based (SVOD): Subscription-based platforms dominate content monetization. Netflix and Hulu exemplify this model, offering unlimited access for a recurring fee. Users enjoy diverse content while companies secure a steady income. This win-win approach fuels the streaming industry’s growth, satisfying both providers and subscribers alike.
Ad-Supported (AVOD): Free content comes with a catch: ads. Users watch commercials instead of paying. Platforms profit from advertisers, not viewers. This model flips traditional funding on its head, making entertainment accessible while keeping companies afloat through strategic marketing partnerships. This model is ideal for attracting a larger audience base that prefers free content.
Transaction-Based (TVOD): In a pay-per-view system, users pay for individual content, like movies or events. They do not subscribe to the platform. It lets users access premium content on demand. It offers flexibility for those who don’t want a full subscription.
Hybrid Model: Many OTT platforms now use a hybrid approach. It combines subscription, ad-supported, and pay-per-view options. This model is flexible. It caters to different audience preferences. It also maximizes revenue by using multiple channels. It allows platforms to reach a wider audience by offering both free and paid content options.
Steps to Build an OTT App Like Hulu
Defining the App Idea: First, identify your target audience. Then, show how your app is different from competitors. Research the market. Know user preferences. Find unique features to set your OTT app apart.
Consulting with OTT App Development Experts: Partner with a trusted firm that specializes in custom OTT apps. Consider hiring Flutter Mobile App Developers. They are experts in building fast, scalable, and cheap apps with great UX.

Striking visuals enhance the journey, creating an immersive experience. Form and function unite in perfect harmony, captivating visitors at every turn. The result? A stunning, intuitive site that delights users across all devices.
Build the MVP (Minimum Viable Product): Stream, profile, pay — these core features form your MVP. Launch quickly to gather user feedback. Refine and improve based on real-world data before the full release. This lean approach maximizes efficiency and reduces wasted effort.
App Development Process: Move from design to backend development. Incorporate all essential features: content streaming, user management, and recommendation algorithms. Ensure proper content delivery mechanisms (CDNs) and high-end security protocols.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Test the app on various devices and OS. Ensure it works smoothly. Test performance, find bugs, and check security. Ensure an error-free experience for users.
Launch Strategy: Create a launch plan. It should promote the app on various platforms. It should optimize your app store listing. It should use social media marketing to attract initial users.
Post-Launch Support and Maintenance
The Importance of Regular Content Updates: To keep users engaged, use fresh, updated content. Fresh content fuels user engagement. Frequent updates to your streaming library keep viewers coming back for more, ensuring your OTT platform stays relevant and exciting.
Bug Fixes, Feature Additions, and Continuous Improvements: Apps evolve after release. Fixing glitches, boosting speed, and adding capabilities keeps them sharp. Continuous improvement is key to staying ahead in a crowded market. No software launches flawlessly, but swift updates can polish rough edges and delight users. Custom mobile app development services can help. They can tailor updates based on user feedback and trends.

A Simple Guide to MOM IPTV: What It Is and Why It’s Popular
In the ever-changing world of television and streaming, IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) has been making waves. Instead of relying on traditional cable or satellite, IPTV delivers TV channels and movies straight over the internet. One of the services gaining popularity is MOM IPTV. So, what exactly is MOM IPTV, and why are more and more people talking about it? Let’s dive in and break it down in a straightforward way.
What is MOM IPTV?
MOM IPTV is an online service that allows you to stream live TV channels, movies, and on-demand content using your internet connection. Think of it like Netflix or Hulu, but with access to live TV from all over the world, plus movies and shows you can watch whenever you want.
Instead of dealing with expensive cable contracts or needing a satellite dish, all you need is an internet connection and a device like a Smart TV, phone, or computer. With MOM IPTV, you can get access to thousands of channels and on-demand content at a fraction of the cost.
Why Choose MOM IPTV?
There are plenty of reasons people are switching to MOM IPTV. Here are the biggest perks:
Lots of Channels: With MOM IPTV, you can access thousands of live TV channels from across the globe. Whether you love sports, news, movies, or kids' shows, there's something for everyone.
Affordable: One of the biggest draws is the price. Cable TV can get really expensive, especially if you want access to premium or international channels. MOM IPTV usually offers all these extras for a much lower price, so you can save money without sacrificing entertainment.
High-Quality Streaming: You can watch in HD and sometimes even 4K (depending on your device and internet speed), so you get crystal-clear pictures without any fuzzy, low-quality streams.
On-Demand Movies and Shows: Love to binge-watch? MOM IPTV has a huge library of movies and TV shows that you can watch whenever you want, giving you the flexibility to enjoy content on your schedule.
Watch on Multiple Devices: Whether you're at home with your Smart TV or on the go with your phone or tablet, MOM IPTV works on almost any device with an internet connection. No more missing out on your favorite shows while traveling!
No Contracts: Tired of being locked into long-term contracts with cable companies? MOM IPTV usually offers month-to-month subscriptions, so you can cancel anytime without hassle.
Pause and Rewind Live TV: One of the coolest features of MOM IPTV is that it lets you pause, rewind, and even record live TV. If you miss something important or want to rewatch a key moment, it's easy to catch up without missing a beat.
How Does It Work?
The magic behind MOM IPTV is simple. It streams TV and movies through the internet instead of using satellite signals or cable. You subscribe to the service, log in to the app or website, and choose what you want to watch.
To get started, you’ll need a good internet connection (the faster, the better for high-quality streaming). Next, download the IPTV app on your device or use it through a web browser, depending on the setup. After that, you can browse the list of available channels, pick a movie or show, and start watching!
Is MOM IPTV Legal?
This is where things can get a bit tricky. IPTV itself is completely legal, and there are plenty of IPTV providers that operate within the law. However, not all services are created equal. Some IPTV providers don’t have the proper licenses to stream certain channels or content.
To stay on the safe side, it’s always a good idea to research any IPTV provider before subscribing. Make sure they’re reputable and legal to avoid any potential issues down the road.
The Future of IPTV
IPTV is quickly becoming a preferred way to watch TV, and it’s easy to see why. With more people cutting the cord on traditional cable, services like MOM IPTV are leading the way with their convenience, affordability, and wide selection of content.
As technology improves, IPTV services will likely get even better, offering faster streaming, better picture quality, and more ways to customize your viewing experience. If you’re thinking about trying an IPTV service, MOM IPTV is definitely worth checking out.
In a Nutshell
MOM IPTV offers an affordable and flexible way to watch TV, without the headaches of traditional cable or satellite. You get access to tons of channels, on-demand content, and the ability to watch on your terms.

The Future of Streaming in India: Trends to Watch in the World's Largest Market
India has emerged as the world's biggest streaming market, surpassing even countries like the United States and China. With its massive population, affordable internet, and a growing appetite for diverse content, India has become a prime target for streaming platforms globally. The rise of India as the world's biggest streaming market can be attributed to its burgeoning youth population, regional diversity, and a digital ecosystem that is constantly evolving. As India continues to expand its streaming consumption, understanding the key trends shaping this industry becomes crucial for content creators, platforms, and advertisers alike. In this article, we will explore the various trends and predictions for the future of streaming in India, and why this market holds immense potential for growth and innovation.
1. The Continued Growth of Regional Content
One of the key drivers behind India's streaming boom is the rise in demand for regional content. With over 22 officially recognized languages and thousands of dialects, India is a melting pot of cultures, traditions, and local tastes. While Hindi and English content once dominated the market, platforms have recognized the growing demand for Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, and other regional languages.
Streaming giants like Netflix and Amazon Prime have increasingly focused on creating original content in regional languages, understanding that to truly penetrate the market, they must cater to local tastes. This is where platforms like Hotstar and Zee5 have gained an edge, offering a rich variety of content across different languages, making streaming more accessible and relevant to a broader audience.
The future of India's streaming market lies in the hands of platforms that can continue to diversify their offerings and cater to the unique cultural landscapes of the country. As regional cinema and music gain more attention, streaming platforms must invest heavily in both local production and distribution.
2. The Impact of Affordable Data Plans and Smartphone Penetration
India’s meteoric rise as the world’s largest streaming market is deeply connected to the advent of affordable data plans and smartphones. Thanks to companies like Reliance Jio, the cost of mobile internet in India has plummeted, leading to a massive surge in digital consumption. As of 2024, India has over 600 million smartphone users, with millions more expected to come online in the next few years.
This democratization of internet access has allowed users from urban centers to rural villages to stream high-quality video and music on their phones. While streaming was once a luxury for urban elites, affordable data has made it possible for people from all economic backgrounds to access entertainment at their fingertips.
Looking forward, the continuing trend of low data prices coupled with the introduction of 5G will revolutionize the streaming experience, improving video quality and reducing buffering times. This will be especially crucial for content like live sports, gaming, and real-time events, making India an even more attractive market for global streaming platforms.
3. Rise of Short-Form Content and Social Media Integration
The popularity of short-form content is another trend that is shaping the future of streaming in India. Platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok alternatives have taken the country by storm, especially among the younger generation.
Consumers are increasingly drawn to bite-sized content that can be consumed on the go, whether it’s 15-second videos, music snippets, or quick tutorials. This has not only reshaped content creation but also provided opportunities for influencers and digital creators to reach massive audiences without the need for traditional media platforms.
Social media platforms and streaming services are beginning to merge in interesting ways. For instance, music streaming apps like Spotify are integrating with social media to allow users to share songs and playlists instantly. The collaboration between streaming services and social media is set to grow further, creating an interactive ecosystem where users can seamlessly switch between entertainment and social engagement.
4. The Growing Influence of Music Streaming
While video streaming often takes the limelight, music streaming has quietly grown into a significant part of India's streaming economy. Platforms like Gaana, JioSaavn, Spotify, and Apple Music have become immensely popular, driven by India's passion for music and the influence of Bollywood. In fact, India is now one of the largest markets for music streaming globally, with millions of users accessing music on a daily basis.
The shift toward independent and regional music has further expanded the horizons of the Indian music industry. From Punjabi pop to Tamil rap, India's diverse music culture is flourishing on streaming platforms, giving rise to local stars and niche genres. Music streaming will continue to evolve as more artists leverage these platforms to reach global audiences.
In the future, we can expect a more personalized music experience powered by AI and machine learning. Streaming platforms will be able to analyze user preferences more accurately, offering curated playlists, mood-based music recommendations, and even exclusive live performances.
5. The 5G Revolution and Streaming Quality
India's upcoming 5G rollout will be a game-changer for the streaming industry. The promise of higher data speeds, lower latency, and improved connectivity will enhance the quality of streaming experiences across all sectors – from video-on-demand to live events and gaming.
One area that will particularly benefit from 5G is live streaming, especially in sports and esports. With uninterrupted, high-quality streams, platforms can offer real-time action, creating a more immersive experience for viewers. Additionally, 5G will enable the growth of more interactive and innovative content, such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), which will take streaming to a whole new level.
For rural India, where internet infrastructure is still catching up, 5G could bridge the gap, making high-speed internet and seamless streaming more accessible than ever. The streaming market in India is poised to become even more inclusive, expanding its reach to previously untapped regions.
6. Challenges Ahead: Piracy, Privacy, and Monetization
Despite the promising growth of India's streaming market, certain challenges persist. Piracy remains a major issue, with millions of dollars lost annually due to unauthorized content distribution. Streaming platforms must invest in anti-piracy measures to protect their content and ensure fair monetization for creators.
Another growing concern is data privacy. As more users turn to streaming platforms, companies must prioritize user data security and comply with local regulations to build trust. Additionally, finding the right monetization strategy in a price-sensitive market like India will be key. Platforms that offer flexible subscription models, including ad-supported and premium options, will likely succeed in striking a balance between profitability and user retention.
Conclusion
India's position as the world's biggest streaming market is not just a fleeting trend; it represents a long-term shift in how content is consumed and distributed globally. As regional content, music streaming, and short-form videos continue to rise, the future of streaming in India looks incredibly promising. The advent of 5G and continuous growth in smartphone usage will further enhance the streaming experience, making high-quality content accessible to millions more across the country. However, with this growth comes challenges such as piracy and monetization, which platforms must navigate carefully. As India continues to lead the charge in digital consumption, the world will be watching closely to see how this vibrant market evolves.
