lmao ok i was in a call today morning and i dont bring up my nationality unless it kinda happens.so im in call with the Brits™ and they try to place my accent. funny thing is they never can. im such a messy bag of accents and words and phrases they never know and end up guessing “London” for the fuck of it :D

#literally what happened today #she was apparently trying to place my accent through the whole call #and ended up with london #until i said i live in finland #idk if it's in good or bad but more of a brit small talk thing #when i lived in uk i mostly just passed for a brit #cos at some point down the line i adapted an accent close to a britishn #and with work i kinda learnt the common etiquette cos.... IT IS A THING #but i havent been in uk for couple of months so it has it's effect #tbd
