... just some casual clickbait to get your attention. you didn't think it would be that easy , did you? it's been a while since the street has heard from our little collective, so we've got a hot scoop for you, dear readers. it comes in the form of a warning. the illustrious cornelia street vigilantes are up to their clandestine antics once again, keeping a hawk-eyed watch over the upcoming midnights music festival. brace yourselves. ...are you ready for it? as the midnight hour approaches and the stage is set, we've decided to have emerge from the shadows. our intentions? shrouded in mystery, but isn't that always the way? it seems that our unyielding resolve and unwavering commitment to maintaining order, has made us the talk of the town, whispered about in hushed tones and cautionary tales. but surely you, dear reader, are safe from our antics. you don't have anything harmful to hide . . . do you ?

if you do, you better bury that shit deep this weekend. legend has it that the vigilantes, hidden behind the veils of secrecy, will be omnipresent during the festival, our keen eyes scanning the crowd for any signs of impropriety. from the mundane to the scandalous, no stone will be left unturned as we stand guard over the city's nocturnal festivities.

from backstage antics to behind-the-scenes rendezvous, every flicker of desire, every secret tryst, and every whispered confession will be scrutinized by these nameless guardians of virtue. oh, the thrill of the chase as we navigate the maze of tangled relationships and illicit encounters, vowing to reveal the truth when the time is right.

but beware, dear festival-goers, for the vigilantes' watchful gaze is not limited to matters of the heart. they will be keeping an eye out for any breaches of decorum, unruly behavior, or missteps that threaten to mar the midnights music festival's reputation. if you're thinking of pushing the boundaries, think again. the cornelia street vigilantes are on high alert, waiting to pounce upon the unsuspecting transgressors.

you know as well as we do what keeps you safe from scrutiny around these parts. . . honesty. you should know we don't go for the innocent by now. so, get talking. draw out those skeletons and share them. before we do.

hello friends ! here is an update for the main regarding steps moving forward. please know that anything that follows regarding group activity is not stated to shame, or criticize, but is rather just a pretty transparent look at what plans our. at the core, this is a hobby, this is relaxed ! no one is upset or angry. however, our opening did not go as the admin team expected, with activity being almost nonexistent right from opening,. we reached out to members earlier in our discord to discuss their interest moving forward and are keeping those sentiments in mind as we progress. this is a busy season for all, we understand ! we only ask that you be communicative about your intention so that we know where you're at. from an admin perspective, this can be a bit disheartening, to feel as though what you put so much time into is not being utilized to its fullest potential. that said, corneliastreethq is not going anywhere.

what we are going to do however , is to give the main the opportunity to regrow some of its member base , give current members opportunities to actively plot and prepare to be back and better than ever !   corneliastreethq will be undergoing a soft reboot. 

what does this mean ? forward progression of our canon timeline and plot drops will be halted as we recruit new members. dash activity expectations will halt as we continue to accept applications, and members will hopefully use the time to chat in the discord and prepare for reopening. we will also encourage sentence memes & flashback writing as well as character development memes and our in-character social media sections of the discord server. writing does not have to stop while we soft reboot !  

during this soft reboot time, the admin team will be clearing out inactive members, promoting the group, answering questions, and preparing an event to kick off reopening.

we will continue to post updates regarding the reboot as they becomes relevant , but we are more dedicated now than ever to walk cornelia street again with you !

and with that , our interest call has been completed ! i will be updating pages in just a little while , but all that's left to do is accrue more residents for cornelia street before we can properly kick things off with our opening event ( drumroll, please. . . ) a start-of-summer music festival !

hi friends ! this is a friendly reminder, as i accidentally set the wrong precedent, to tag intros with #corneliaintros not #corneliaintro. i also will not be answering questions about the longevity of the group. i know my commitment level and the commitment level of some of our players and the last thing i am going to do is to push activity during the work week in a relaxed environment. we are rolling at a nice and relaxed pace and i will not deal with anons that are attempting to pick at a space that we're working so hard to make safe, sustainable, and fun ! if you have a concern, please bring it to an admin.

new skeleton just dropped ! i'm so sick of running as fast as i can to take a look at our the man skeleton. fans of the intern & the devil wears prada and...corporate tension?? will enjoy this plot of 5 brilliant tech developers working on their brand new social media app: invisible string.

this feels like the perfect time to announce that our group will have a fully in-character social media platform ( discord ) for your characters to utilize. this will be used to help members stay engaged with the happenings on cornelia street even if they can't be on the dash that day. more information about the server will be upcoming.

hi friends , i am home sick with a migraine today. activity on the blog is going to be in bursts as i am able , but i'm not going to push myself. HOWEVER i had a quick question to guage interest ( members and potential applicants alike ) would you be interested in having some sort of in-character component in our group discord ? like social media posts ? or group texts ? i think that would be fun , but i can't be sure ! also , a friendly reminder that my co admin application is live ! if you're interested in lending a hand , please reach out !! i could really use admins with weekday availability & interest in helping with the discord.
