sᴘᴀʀᴋs, ɢʟɪᴍᴍᴇʀ ᴀɴᴅ ғʟᴀᴍᴇs - meet Lia

Lia is almost 25 years old, but she doesn't celebrate her birthdays. It's been seven years since she joined the Miststorm II crew and five years of that, she's been captain.

Her parents are some of the most known criminals. Her mother tried to poison the king but failed (but is known for many successfully attempts) and her father was a well known bounty hunter. But ever since they got sent to the Isles, her parents split up. Lia grew up with her mother. Everyday she got reminded what she was: a servant. So meaningless, that her full name literally means "servant".

When she turned 18, her father took her to his ship, the Miststorm. Her mother was not happy and tried to get her back, but the crew soon became her new family and for once, she could be what she wanted to be.

Two years later, her dad died (many think it was her mother) and Lia got assigned to be the new captain. She didn't want to be captain but no one else took the part and she didn't want to see the crew crashing in the chaos. She still uses the boat - Miststorm II (the first crashed in a storm) - to collect and share Food, Drinks and other things among the isles, where everyone has a miserable life.

On her side are her Crew. Most importantly Ryee, her first mate and soon to be boyfriend (they act like a couple already) who lost his right hand with the Miststorm, Koyl, her younger half brother and Stak, a young female blacksmith.

When they finally got the chance to help the isles, Lia and Ryee try their best but have to conquer many difficulties. One of them being magic in their veins that possibly can never be controlled, because it grew apart from them and a king that hates seeing them there. Lia's magic being related to fire causes a lot damage.

Fun Facts about her:

- Koyl isn't her only half sibling, but the only one being part of the crew. She first met him when she got to the crew

- she can fight, even if she learned it just a few years ago

- her full name is "Corella Corvius" and it stands for "servant" and "crow"

- she has dark red hair but the top of her head grows white hair. She never dyes it - it's all natural

- she likes to wear blue, even if it looks off because of her hair. It reminds her of the sea

- she knows really much about poisons, plants and antidotes. In fact, she can make some antidotes of her own. Grewing up with her mother - the Poison-Queen - left an impact

- while choosing pictures for her moodboard, I realized that her moodboard is just quotes and pics of the ship...
