📺🍚Curry night any night, sorted 🤘 . Tikka Paste, the making of and the cleaning off, in where a fresh bowl emerges from the toasting and grinding of the most aromatic (smelly) spices there are. . Makes lots, put in sterilised jars, cover with veg oil and if not using soonish, freeze. . In UK Cookidoo (or Taste of India book).
