"I'm not a hunter," he offered immediately at the other. "You don't need to fear me."

Not that Sebas blamed him. He knew first hand the horrors of being supernatural in a world were some people didn't seem to be very accepting. He himself had been at the receiving end of their guns from time to time. Hence his immediate attempt at helping someone in danger.

"Come, I can give you shelter while they go away-"

The hunters came close. Too close for comfort. Sebastián remained still, however. Pressing his body against the werewolf to keep him grounded and quiet, to avoid anything that could affect the illusion he had casted to keep them hidden. That was his one advantage against hunters... They were usually human, and human minds were easily fooled with Mind Magic.

It was only when the hunters had left and a few seconds had passed that he gave Alistair some space back, sitting on the ground next to him and offering a reassuring and calm look.

"I made an illusion. They just saw a wall, that's why they left," Sebas explained, reaching out to place a gentle and warm hand on the other's knee. "I'm Sebastián. I'm a mage. Are you hurt?"

"It went that way!" A voice yelled out from somewhere. Alistair whined more as he cowered in the corner as he had no way to escape the guy in front of him. Sure, he could have attacked the guy but that wasn't him. He wasn't the type to resort to violence. That would have been Craig.

He closed his eyes until he heard a noise and saw the guy drawing symbols on the ground with a sharpie. He had no idea what was happening but he was about to speak when the guy was close to him, hand over his mouth as he watched the hunters appear from around the corner. His heart began to beat faster but he nodded his head in the others hand as somehow the hunters approached them but then turned and left cursing that they lost him.

Once they had gone, the half blind wolf pulled away as he looked to the other guy. "What did you do?"

The hunters were too close. He was hoping for the wolf to follow him immediately, but he didn't. Instead he kept running towards the dead end and that cost them dear time. He had to think fast if he expected to help the terrified wolf.

"Stay very still," he instructed with a confident voice, rushing to his side and drawing a quick succession of runes on the floor with a sharpie. Quickly the light around them started to bend and shift, creating a wall in front of them. An illusion so perfectly crafted it would fool even the most seasoned of hunters.

But, since he never left anything to chance, he then invaded Alitair's personal space to cover his mouth.

"Don't make a sound. I'll keep you safe," he whispered, right as the hunters approached. So long as they didn't draw any attention their way, they should be safe now...

The young wolf was exhausted. His heart beating fast and legs were numb. He had no idea how long he had been running but he just kept going until he thought he was safe. Away from the men with the guns. Yet, the sudden voice caught him off guard which made him yelp out and run again, though he had trapped himself. There was no where else to go and so he knelt down and raised his hands up. "Please. I didn't do anything!" He cried out. Yet, nothing happened. He slowly lowered his hands and looked up to the other before him. He didn't look like a hunter. He seemed like he was around his age. "Go where?" He whimpered out.
