The end of season 2!!!#(Granted: this season was nearly twice the length of season one.)#It's been a really fantastic season to draw for. So many iconic moments! It was a lot of work but I had a blast B*)#I also enjoyed experimenting more and more with my comic style. I'm growing as a comic artist bit by bit!#There is even a little bit of shadowing in this one for next season. As a treat. All the fun (and not heart breaking) scenes to come!#Comic talk time: Recently saw 12 angry men for first time and I love the coincidence of the themes aligning here.#They both touch upon the horror of judicial systems - in which the most persuasive argument wins and the truth is a nuisance.#All it takes is one person to stand against the crowd and say 'I do not know what is true. And that is reasonable doubt enough.'#When the majority is for condemning someone guilty - that in itself is persuasive enough.#One will set their mind to what the 'truth' is and refuse to see it any other way. That their perspective is the only correct one.#No one is born with a monopoly on the truth.#Everyone has biases and agendas. Some care not for the outcome - only that they can be on the convenient side.#Lan Wangji is putting everything on the line to say 'I'm not going to go with the majority vote.'#And that is a huge deal in a story that is so politically focused as MDZS is. Everything is a careful chess move to these sects -#and to not play the game is basically sacrificing everything you are and your families name. For some it is unthinkable.#And there is no doubt in LWJ's mind. He would stand there and lose everything if it means upholding justice.#More importantly - these two have each other's backs. The bond is unbreakable. This is the most ride or die I have seen two people be.

Sorry chat I’ve failed at my own mission. Not happening this month but soon enough, just need more time to cook since school is being so difficult currently. How dare Shakespeare try and keep me away from animating crazy T.V blorbo—this ain’t playing fair 😔

found a baby yaku amidst the Sketchbook-glitch-corruption wreckage..... wondering if he flipped skin tones between black and red and everything in between until he saw his to-be-grandparents (and started mimicking THEIR skin tone....... )

#thinking about yakumo having weird lil homunculus proportions or other such variations #what if he just always had massive hands compared to body size. yaoi hands from birth-transformation #he was so anti-snake that he looked at hands and said YES. THIS IS THE LEAST SNAKEY I CAN BE. I WILL GO 600% ON THIS FEATURE SPECIFICALLY #changing forms from entirely obsidian... or red in patches.... or striped... or other combinations...#because he only had murals to base his human form off of? at least at first?#were the murals in colour? shaded with gradients and lighting oh so conveniently?#then how was he to know what skin tone humans are supposed to have???#imagining the first few times he encountered his grandparents in his cave #maybe they only saw a shadow with eyes darting back into the darkness #just a really long black noodle with semisnake semihuman eyes (just a hint of sclera)#and every time they visited #yakumo observed more of their features #and took on something similar to their proportions...? or hair colour? or skin colour?#and maybe even when he's first adopted into the family and leaves the cave #he's still a vibrant pink and everyone thinks he somehow got sunburnt inside a cave or smth #but then he starts seeing all the other people in the village #including diff age groups and kids who are supposedly around his age #so he starts to slowly morph his body toward those characteristics #his skin gets beige-r. reshapes his eyes a bit.... grows a bit of nose.....lengthens his limbs a bit...#(the big humans seem to treat me the same as that speCIFIC group of smaller humans... so maybe i should use them as a Model)#like... how do you even age in a human body when you have no reference for how humans age?!??!#did yakumo stare at several children in the village and watch their growth year by year #and match his body to their changes just to fit in?#did nature just know what to do?? and he just naturally grew like a human without manual manipulation?#I DEMAND ANSWERS #nu carnival yakumo

genuinely the sonic and shadow generations thing sounds so fake but everyone keeps talking about it as if its real so i have no idea how to feel about it . i mean its not that i think its impossible but this whole thing sounds like something people would say when theyre just making shit up and calling it a leak

does yosano even need a proper clinical environment to do her thing? surely the operating theatre(? the one in tanizaki’s flashback if i’m reading that scene correctly?) is just for show? an office filled with medical supplies and room for examinations and sickbeds i get, but for the purposes of using thou shall not die maybe a bathtub would be a better option? seems to me like the only thing she really has to worry about is blood splattering everywhere, so a space that can contain the mess and be easily cleaned would be ideal. maybe splurge on a hot tub. when yosano is not operating, the surgery room is just the hot tub room. free to be misappropriated by staff and hostages alike.

Getting back into the swing of things, I've decided to rework my ill-fated Shadow cosplay! I wasn't super satisfied with it, so there's a lot to do to bring it up to snuff. (it's a bit of a hellscape getting anything shipped right now, so I can't really work on a whole lot unless it uses leftover materials at home.) Spent a couple days digging around to find a good pair of shoes that look the part. I considered making Air Shoes covers to go over a pair of regular shoes... But it wouldn't be solid enough for my taste. Don't want them getting too damaged after just a day.

These are by far the coolest shoes I own now, haha. Even has little bits underneath that are reminiscent of the jets, they're perfect!

Sorry for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate (a title that just rolls off the tongue!) posting in 2024, but I completely disagree with people who dislike that it told its story out of chronological order.

The game's main theme, as its unwieldy name implies, is Fate, and having Trevor's story be the last one you play, all while already knowing how it's going to end in tragedy with a father unknowingly killing his own son and dooming his soul to "save" him... it's good stuff. You as the player are also unable to escape fate to reach the end.

Better, in my opinion, than if it had ended on either of the previous stories after Trevor (now Alucard) or Simon had (thought they) vanquished Dracula.

Shadow wasn't allowed to do anything substantial in S1 and 2 of Sonic Prime because they knew he'd get too much done. They had to nerf him so they could have two seasons instead of five episodes.
