And I'm back to a more disciplined #eatinghabit. Last year I was able to bring myself to 88kg by doing the #controlleddiet #1200calories program then the #holidays2016 eating happened 😂 which lasted until February this year 🤣 Now I'm at 94kg and I will no longer wait to go back to 156kg before I start #eatingright again.
