Through the years I've created process and procedures that has served our company well. The first photo is of our pre-stucco checklist. Nothing ever gets covered up with out going through the process. Including drywall, concrete and roofing. The following photos show the process of fixing defective workmanship. The last photo is of the damage from improperly installing windows. If checklist were properly introduced Ian's used in the construction industry.
