My Republican father talks about how when Trump was president, the world respected us. He whined about how Biden made us weak, how other countries laughed at us because Biden wasn’t a real man and they weren’t afraid of him.

He is convinced that with Trump back in power, the world will respect and fear America because we have a real leader who doesn’t take shit. He thinks this makes us strong again.

I don’t know to talk to someone who is that deeply deluded.
