This week I had all of my mental health help stopped, due to my counsellor going into surgery [away til the end of feb] and my connectwell [uk mental health service] person closing my case for what seems like no reason (i think its because Im trans and he doesn't agree with that, and cancelled every appointment afterwards to make it look like he's seen me over the last three months, when he has only seen me once, where he told me that "maybe taking female hormones and looking feminine wont be so bad in the long run" to a nonbinary/transmasc person who has severe dysphoria : )
basically my mental health is hardcore hitting the shitter and I have no money to medicate with. i'm not on any traditional antidepressants because no doctor will put me on them and nobody will tell me why. it's really starting to get to me. please help me out thank you
