✦✧ It was difficult to move amidst the crowd of other event goers that had gathered to watch the fireworks along the paths that wrapped around the Water of Styx. She was wearing light, summer clothes and carrying a candied apple in one hand. The other was much too busy tugging Qifrey's sleeve.
"Professor... Do you think we could find a better vantage point by using our Sylph Shoes? I feel like I'm a little too short for this crowd if I'm going to see anything."

✦✧ "Uwah!?" Coco hadn't expected to be pulled off her feet and into Qifrey's arm. That hadn't been her intention when she had pitched the idea, at least. "Professor, my own Sylph Shoes work as well!" Perhaps she should have clarified that before? No, knowing Qifrey he had just wanted to help her out, so she dropped the topic after that.
He posed a couple of suggestions for where they might go. Staying in the air certainly wasn't an option with their limited flight time, so she had to think it through clearly.
"Hm... I think the hill might be too far away? So I vote the rooftops!" Coco pointed off in the direction of the rooftops. Olruggio probably wouldn't find out. Perhaps! "If Professor Olruggio gets mad, I'll just tell him that it was my idea so that you don't get in trouble, professor!"
For Qifrey, movement through the crowd isn't all that difficult, but he images it'd be different for a small girl. Even though he's doing his best to admire the fireworks, he's also keeping a close eye on her. It's easy to get lost in a crowd like this one. The hand tugging on his sleeve is quickly scooped up by his.
"That's a good idea, Coco! Here—"
She's easily swept off her feet and held firmly, but gently, in the cradle of one arm. Light as colorful as the explosions in the sky trails after him as he brings them both high above the crowd. There are still people relaxing in the water, and the lights around the pool, the shimmering moonlight, the flashes of fireworks still illuminate the intricate art along the bottom.
"There's a little hill over that way, but perhaps one of these rooftops? But old Olruggio might really let us have it if we did that. What do you think?" The rooftops are sturdy enough and not too steep of an incline that he feels a little more comfortable having her up there, but he'd rather she make the decision—she's the one who had trouble seeing, after all! And he'll always try to accommodate to his student's needs.
