yuri never liked the rain. all it ever did was remind him of leaky roofs and flooded lower streets. he could ignore it earlier, when he and belial were wrapped up in more... intensive activities (like, seriously intensive, damn). now that they're lying side by side, though, and his clarity's regained, the pelting of heavy raindrops rings.

he would've made his exit by now, as worn as he may be -- not big on aftercare and all that. waiting the storm out seemed like the best option a while back, at least the worst of it, but it seems like that isn't happening anytime soon. his shitty luck strikes again...

maybe they could go another round...? anything to pass the time, really, so he doesn't have to listen to the constant pitter-patter at the window. he props himself up on an elbow, his long hair gently brushing against belial as he leans over. a luring suggestion at the tip of his tongue when...

well, so much for that idea. "there's my cue. thought you said your roommates would be out for the night," he mutters with unchecked annoyance, considering there really isn't any avoiding the weather now. that said, the swordsman's already up and slipping into his clothes; staying doesn't feel quite right, either.

he pauses at the window, one foot propped on the sill.

"you know where to find me if you're ever feeling 'lonely' again," purposefully vague and not exactly guaranteeing anything will come out of it again, he's sure the angel appreciates a good challenge. "see you around."
