Zukka Thirst Comment Awards 2024

Hi everyone, thank you for your patience! It's time to announce the winner of the Zukka Thirst 2024 comment award. As mentioned in the award page, the winner and top two runners up will be immortalised with a banner across the top of the blog which will remain in place until Zukka Thirst 2025! The winner will also additionally receive an exclusive artwork from our moderator @chiptrillino based on a prompt of their choice.

For everyone else who entered the comment award, thank you! We had a great response from you all, with 241 eligible comments submitted.

We stuck them in a sheet and added them up and it turns out over the course of four days between Friday 4th October and Monday 7th October, you beautiful people wrote 24,635 words in the comment box aimed at creators. That's an average of 102 words per comment!

We were really encouraged by the volume of comments we saw over the weekend and we saw a lot of happy feedback from authors and artists, so we really hope you all found it rewarding. Remember, even if you didn't win, your words made another fan very happy, and that's a good thing!
