Fantasy AU I’ll never write

So I had this Fantasy AU idea recently that I really like, but I only have the beginning and no idea where to go from there. It goes like this:

- Classic world in danger because of a vague but ominous threat

- To counter this, messengers have been sent everywhere to look for adventurers who’d want to investigate the vague but ominous threat

- Kirishima is tasked to welcome said adventurers and give them equipment, in typical “It’s dangerous to go alone, take this” fashion. I haven’t quite decided if he’s some sort of spirit or just the blacksmith’s apprentice but it doesn’t matter

- Thing is, the room isn’t resupplied, so at first he can give out swords, armor pieces, shields, etc. but as time goes on, he has to be more... creative. Give out torches, blankets, pots and pans, put nails in table and stool feet, turn the remaining parts in stakes or shields. His orders were to give something to every adventurer who comes to see him, and he’s going to do it!

- Then comes Bakugou, who’s late either because he rushed into the quest and found out just now that he could get free equipment, or because he lives pretty far and it took some time for the news to reach him, and even longer for him to come to Kirishima’s room

- Thing is, Kirishima has nothing left to give. He’s ready to give Bakugou anything, maybe a rock or something, but there’s truly nothing left this time

- Of course, Bakugou decides that he can do without and he doesn’t need shitty stuff anyway, but Kirishima is adamant: he needs to take something from this room!

- Then, as Bakugou is going to leave, Kirishima realizes that there is something left

- “I know! You can take me!” he grins. This whole time, he’s been dying to go on an epic quest. He’s even trained hard every day!

- Of course, Bakugou refuses at first, but Kirishima is having none of it, so they start the quest together

- Then I have no idea what happens, except that Kirishima earns Bakugou’s respect, they become friends, then they fall in love, and they win in the end, whatever the threat was.

- Bonus points if at some point, human!Kirishima finds out that he has dragon blood. Double if he’s the key to save the world.

Class 1-A watches Eurovision

Ok so I’ve had this idea for a little while but now I can’t keep it for myself anymore and I know I’m not going to write it so here goes.

Note: I like the idea that quirks are forbidden for the contestants. Also I’ll use this year’s events because I do what I want ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

-          Aoyama, being the French/France-obsessed person he is, watches Eurovision faithfully every year. I mean all the glitter and extra outfits? He loves it! Also he’s tone deaf so he can’t hear when people sing off-key

-          During their second year, he spends the entire week trying to rope in people from his class. It’s his own special way of trying to connect to them, because after befriending Midoriya and what happened during the provisional license, he’s started opening up to them and realizes that he wants to be friends with them

-          Of course it’s super hard because he wants to watch it live, except in Japan time, it starts at 4AM on a Sunday, so not everyone has this level of dedication (except Monoma, he secretly watches it every year as well, and at some point Aoyama and him are going to bond over this)

-          People who watch it are: Midoriya because he’s the closest to Aoyama and he’s that nice, Kirishima, Iida and Momo because they are supportive classmates, Kaminari and Sero because they’ve heard about the memes, and Jirou because Midoriya naively told her that it was about music (she’ll regret this)

-          Tokoyami joins them later and says it’s just because he’s nocturnal, but he really just wanted to watch. He’s secretly hoping for another Lordi contestant

-          Bakugou also joins them about half an hour later, because he wanted a snack and then he saw what was happening and decided to stay (maybe he just saw Hatari on scene and was drawn to them, and then he got disappointed but he didn’t feel like getting up because Kirishima was too happy to see him and he secretly loves it)

-          Uraraka also comes down in time to see Australia’s song and she’s super impressed. Then she’s too excited to go back to sleep so she stays

-          Obviously, Jirou is super disappointed when she finds out the amount of contestants that sing off-key. That’s when Aoyama explains that you don’t watch Eurovision for the music, you watch for the glitter and over the top outfits (“and the memes” adds Kaminari)

-          Momo likes the outfits and tries to find a nice thing to say about every contestant, even when everyone groans at the ballads and single dudes in black outfits

-          Iida and Midoriya are confused but they’re happy that Aoyama is happy

-          No one understands how Kirishima decides which contestants are manly and which are not, but they stop trying after a while (he thinks France was super manly btw)

-          Kaminari and Sero are outraged that the Netherland’s piano didn’t catch fire because Aoyama told them about the year Austria did that

-          Bakugou is surprising everyone by commenting on everyone’s outfits like a fashion guru. After all, he’s Bakugou “I own 25 variations of the same black tank top and skull shirt over baggy pants that defy gravity” Katsuki, what would he know about fashion?

-          Then Midoriya explains about his parents, and Bakugou adds that he knows bad fashion when he sees it

-          He has a heated argument with Aoyama on glitter, because although Aoyama is impressed by Bakugou’s unexpected fashion sense, he can’t let anyone insult his precious glitter (also it’s not Eurovision without an outrageous amount of glitter)

-          Everyone shuffles away uncomfortably as it becomes more heated, except Kirishima who stays next to Bakugou in case it escalates too much

-          When it does, he physically restrains Bakugou. He know the drill by now, he can protect his classmates from Bakugou’s rage

-          However, no one expects Aoyama to lunge at Bakugou, who can’t properly defend himself because of Kirishima, who later feels super guilty for being the instrument of his bro’s demise

-          The rest of the class manages to break them up and asks Aoyama to apologize, but he has zero regret for his actions. “You can’t disrespect glitter under this roof :>”

-          Tokoyami thinks that he’s possessed by Bakugou’s spirit, so he tries to perform an exorcism, but he fails because this is the real Aoyama. Don’t mess with him or he’ll stab you

-          Kirishima tries to say that “it’s just glitter” and Aoyama turns to him with his creepy smile like “have you learned nothing, mortal? :>”

-          Bakugou and Aoyama somehow agree on Cyprus’ outfit, and they make up over it. BDSM faux leather and crystal chandelier? Perfect for the both of them!

-          Anyway, they all make up during the results because no one understands how North Macedonia is in the lead at first. They can’t agree on who should win (Tokoyami and Bakugou are firm Iceland defenders, Uraraka, Momo and Aoyama are all about Australia, Kaminari and Sero think Verka should win by default, Iida is undecided, Kirishima secretly has a soft spot for Norway, and Jirou has gone back to bed at some point because it was too bad for her) but they can all agree that the jury sucks.

-          Kaminari and Sero can’t believe the Netherlands won without a piano on fire. Fashion gurus Aoyama and Bakugou also agree that his outfit sucks. Since Jirou is gone, no one is here to defend his musical performance

-          After Kaminari tells everyone about what happened, the whole class decides to watch the contest together the following year

False, human. She's 29 and adventurous. Loves anything steampunk and machinery. She can spend up to days working non stop fixing, creating or breaking down different machines to understand it's mechanics and how it all works. She comes from a HC Steampunk dimension that was... Nuked and she was the only survivor (because she didn't go to the meeting and was working in her secret lab). She tired to survive but as she was looking for some sort of food above ground she got caught in a tornado and ended up getting a metal rod through her right eye. Skies Crafted found her when searching her corrupted dimension for any survivors. Apparently her Xisuma also survived but died once doctors tried fixing his wounds. False was the only one to fully survive. Xisuma saw her in the hospital one day when he was visiting Mumbo (who broke his arm, silly spoon). He asked the doctors what they'd do with her after discharging her. They said they didn't know, X decided to adopt her. She's a lively soul, brave, adventurous, daring and smart. Dare her to do something? She'll try it until X stops her. She's got trama, she goes into panic attacks when near dead bodies or chemicals. She doesn't trust medicine because she thinks it'll trigger something and she'll die. Because she was exposed to the chemicals from the nuke, she does have symptoms but odd ones; she can work for 24 hours and not get tired, her body will suddenly glow at random for only a few seconds, plain water tastes like acid to her and she can't touch Redstone without getting a horrible allergic reaction to it. She's dating Cleo who's helped her not go into panic attacks when seeing zombies of any kind.

Stress, Winter Exinolic (more explanation about it at the end of this). She's 13 and has a bubbly personality. She gets over excited when it snows or when she sees or eats anything cold. She very easily gets sick when the temperature goes over 70°F and can possibly die if the temperature hits(or goes over) 100°F. She's a very kind soul (much like Stizoom and Zedaph) and will try to do anything in her power to help others and make them happy. She comes from Palace Earth (Place Concy's neighboring connected world) and is the lost daughter of the current Winter Goddess, Kaira Olmen. At the time Stress was born, Kaira had Tuorits (fake disease but exists in Palace Earth and Concy, its a disease that gives you a high fever, sour muscles, makes you delirious, makes your body feel very week and takes the energy out of you but it also gives you amnesia until the sickness is cured or it goes away). Kaira has this disease mostly throughout her pregnancy and when Stress was born. During this time, the other seasons were trying to look for a cure. Spring was there at the time when Stress was born, he paniced on what to do and wasn't sure if Stress would end up having Tuorits or something worse. So Spring ran to the country of Missa and left Stress in a basket in an ally way. Xisuma found her and quickly took her in and adopted her. Stress has always been curious about who her real mother is but never asks about it, figuring that asking X would be a bad idea. (They did find a cure for Kaira but none of the seasons have told Kaira about her now lost baby Stress). Stress holds no trama (except fear of heat and hot weather).

Exinolics, human/deer/season hybrids. Each season also has its own add on hybrid. Winter is part bat, Autumn is part lion, Summer is part mermaid and Spring is part chicken (yes that's exactly correct). Exinolics are gods/goddesses of the seasons, who control the seasons they're born into. They live up to 2000 years. Pregnancies; for Exinolics they only last for 5 months, sometimes 4 if they're healthy. Now each season can't experience too much or too little temperatures. If they experience too much or too little of the temperature they can't stand then it can lead to death. Winter can't stay in temps. higher then 70°F, Summer can't stay in temps. lower than 60°F, Autumn can't stay in temps. higher then 90°F or lower than 5°F, Spring can't stay in temps. higher than 100°F or lower than 25°F. The seasons have been around since the Palace worlds were born, they mate with humans, their birthdays are during the times of their appropriate solstice or equinox. Their eyes point the direction of their season; Winter is North, Summer is South, Spring is East and Autumn is West. Each season also has its own color that they represent (it also goes with their direction); Winter is blue, Autumn is orange, Summer was supposed to be red and Spring was supposed to be green but after a little incident their grandparents had Summer is now green and Spring is now red/pink. They can take the form of spirit deer and wander through towns at night. They control the weather on both Palace Concy and Palace earth. They live in special dome houses built for them by the people of Nyland. You may ask any questions about them if you have any :3

About the HermitfamilyAU what about false and Stress, how did they come into the family? Also how did False and Cleo get together

At the moment False and Stress are still in the process of being designed and created.

But my plan is for False to be steampunk and Stress to be a lost daughter of the goddess Winter. Of course, those ideas my change.

How the two got together? That's a secret :) because I'm planning on writing a fanfic on how they meet/started dating.

Kaminari and Sero make memes, Iida is super engrossed, Todoroki genuinely tries to enjoy it, Momo reveals that she speaks some German and tries to explain what is going on even though she only understands bits, Deku doesn't get why the others are doing it to themselves, Aoyama somehow only picks the swear words like "oui, Scheiße" and Bakugou falls asleep and becomes the attraction for people who don't care about the movie but don't want to move either

Just imagine the potential: Bakugou constantly killing Midoriya whenever he can just because the shitty nerd scanner pissed him off. Or because he saved his life and there’s no way Bakugou will let him live to remember it.

Aizawa: So, remind me why you’ve killed the scanner unit this time?

Bakugou: Shitty nerd deserved it. He looked at me wron- I mean he was going to discover sensitive fucking info or some shit.

Aizawa: He’s wearing a blindfold. You’re both wearing blindfolds.

Bakugou: I JUST KNOW THE SHITTY NERD SCANNER IS LOOKING DOWN ON ME OKAY???  I mean... just read the fucking report, why the fuck do I bother sending those?

Aizawa: It just says “he had it coming”. Like the 75 last reports you sent.

Bakugou: Yeah exactly. If you don’t like the way I’m working, just let me work alone.

First encounter

Midoriya: That was dangerous, sir! Are you okay?

Bakugou, dying a little inside: Shut up, nerd.

Bakugou, thinking: Oh no, not this guy again, I’m so killing him before the mission is over

Midoriya: You know, sir, I’m glad you’re here. Scanners like me mostly work alone. I don’t usually get a partner. It’s kind of fun!

Bakugou: Emotions are fucking prohibited, shitty nerd! Now fuck off!

Midoriya, panicking: Uh? Sorry, sir!

Midoriya, muttering to himself: He should probably listen to his own advice...

Bakugou: I HEARD YOU, SCANNER BASTARD!!! I’M PERFECTLY FUCKING CALM RIGHT NOW! AND WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT SHUTTING THE FUCK UP!?!!!!

After killing the Goliath, before activating the black box reaction

Midoriya: It was an honor fighting with you.

Bakugou: Can’t you fucking die in silence at least?

Bakugou, extremely pissed when he wakes up at the bunker and finds out that all his memories are intact and he has to live with the memory of Deku saving his sorry ass once more.

After the Bunker is destroyed

Bakugou, finding out he’s infected by the virus: No way I’m dying with the fucking nerd, at least I want to die in fucking peace. Bot, find me a place with no one around!

Todoroki: *appears*

Bakugou: At least there’s no shitty nerd to ruin my death...

Midoriya: *appears, yelling Bakugou’s name desperately*

Bakugou, already half dead: *turns to Midoriya* Well... fuck.

Iwai, who just left the yakuza to take care of Kaoru, coming there often because he moved in the neighborhood

Adachi developing a crush on hot single dad

Adachi trying desperately to flirt with hot dad while scanning his articles

Adachi complaining about his female colleagues who also try to flirt with hot dad

Adachi learning hod dad’s schedule and making sure to work whenever he comes

Iwai slowly understanding what clumsy cashier wants and having no idea how to react, but he still finds it cute and oops maybe he likes it a little

Little baby Kaoru laughing at Adachi failing to scan articles properly because he’s too busy trying (and failing) to flirt with his dad

Iwai’s face when Adachi ends up telling him that he’s studying to become a cop

Part 1 (Part 2)

Set after P5

Note: I see this as a possible future for one of my stories, Untouchable. To sum up, Adachi was a regular at the shop before he left for Inaba and he had the biggest crush on Iwai but never acted on it.

Adachi goes back to Tokyo after going out of prison. It was either that or Inaba, and he refuses to go there because 1/he still hates the place and 2/people would probably throw stones at him or something

Had a very hard time finding a place to stay and Dojima probably had to ask for a few favors/vouch for him

Feels kind of lost because it’s like everything has changed during his absence. He goes to Untouchable to see if it’s still there and he’s surprised to see that it is! And it hasn’t changed at all!

Comes in feeling like he’s home after a long trip

Iwai recognizes him immediately because he remembers the shock when he saw the guy on TV as a criminal. After all, he’s learned at the same time that one of his best clients was both a cop and a murderer? It was a memorable moment

Of course he isn’t super friendly, especially when Adachi jokingly offers to work here part time. True, he had a sign, but he’s certainly not going to hire that guy!

“Come on, you’re an ex-yakuza, I’m an ex-convict... We’d make quite the pair!” / “How do you know about that?” / “I was a cop, you had a file. I checked.”

Iwai feels like this is some sort of blackmailing but Adachi was just trying to be friendly in a very Adachi way

Long story short, Iwai refuses and Adachi has to look for a job somewhere else, but of course with the ex-convict thing, it’s hard. He still hangs out a lot at Untouchable, and Iwai doesn’t like that, even though he has to admit that the man is pretty decent to be around. Then, he sees Adachi’s struggle to get back in line, so he decides to help him a bit.

Iwai can’t offer a job at his shop because with both their pasts, they would make a perfect pair of usual suspects and that’s the last thing he wants, but he know Ren/Akira works plenty of part time jobs even during his studies so he asks him if he can do something

Adachi ends up working at the flowershop in Shibuya’s underground mall. His kindness clearly doesn’t meet the requirements but they’re desperate. Also, as Ren said, “the kinder you have to be, the kinder you become”. Nice try Ren, but you don’t know Adachi...

No one believes in Adachi because he knows nothing about flowers so he borrows books and becomes a specialist in flower language, gardening, and how to take care of flowers and house plants. He learns all of this out of sheer spite and he hates his job and his stupid customers, but he’s still as good as ever at putting on a mask and his employers are impressed with his skills. He’s a bit surprised at first because no one has ever told him so openly that he was doing a good job? So maybe he likes it actually?

Since his job is so close to Untouchable and he hates his tiny flat, he spends most of his time there. He thought he was over Iwai but his crush is now back with a vengeance.

Iwai is actually pretty conflicted because he feels like he has to keep an eye on Adachi, but he doesn’t know if it’s because he doesn’t want him to cause trouble or because he doesn’t want people to cause him trouble...

Concept: Senzaemon Nakiri is the biggest ship captain in the whole school. It's not just Souma and Erina, he ships everyone. Most couples in Tootsuki indirectly formed because of him, in some way or another. He'll put them in the same class, make them share a room during a trip, pair them during stagiaire...

Sometimes he just looks at students pensively, and everyone assume he's thinking about their future as chefs or gauging their potential, but the truth is that he's just started shipping them because they look cute together.

Adachi is out of prison and back in Tokyo

He goes to Untouchable for the first time ever after Dojima tells him that he should find a job he really likes

He falls in love with the place and there’s a part-time job offer

Iwai hasn’t followed the whole Inaba murders thing and decides not to ask questions because he isn’t one to judge

Adachi doesn’t mind Iwai being rough around the edges because he’s had to deal with Dojima and at least this one doesn’t dismiss everything he says with a slap

Adachi is generally better at customer service than Iwai. “You’re good at this,” Iwai says at some point. “Thanks, I hate it,” Adachi replies with a grin. He truly doesn’t like it but one of them has to deal with people and apparently it ain’t gonna be Iwai

Adachi will have to work at the flower shop because one part time job isn’t enough and I still love the idea. Tohru “I sell flowers and GUNS!” Adachi

Imagine the two trying to hide their pasts to the other!

Both of them being on guard around the police, thinking maybe they’re here for them

I’m pretty sure at some point cops come to Untouchable and Adachi dismisses them because he knows how it’s supposed to work and he is loophole master. Iwai is impressed

Then their relationship deepens and they’re both trying ten times harder to hide their past, but at the same time they know that they’ll have to talk about it sooner or later and they hate it

I have no idea when they’re going to reveal it but this is going to be a mess! They’re going to fight over who’s the worst (note: I’m pretty sure Adachi wins)

Then, of course, comes the topic of Kaoru. I guess Iwai will be reluctant to let the two of them meet, but I’m sure they end up getting along just fine. Kaoru probably has weird tastes when it comes to people anyway

Part 2 (Part 1) Set after P5

Okay so now Adachi has a job, and a friend (sort of)

Dojima has been asking a lot about that. “Did you make friends? Aren’t you alone?” he’d ask every time they call. “Look who’s talking...” Adachi never fails to reply. But he ends up talking about Iwai because they’re now on friendly terms (he wishes they were more than that though)

Dojima comes to Tokyo at some point, so that Nanako can see Yu and he can check on Adachi

Adachi decides to try and make his crush jealous by being all buddy-buddy with Dojima who is surprised but doesn’t really stop him

Of course it fails and Adachi is very disappointed

Except it didn’t fail, it’s just that Iwai is very good at hiding his feelings and also it took him a while to figure them out

He still ends up asking Adachi about that guy, and since Adachi is so frustrated, he just ends up telling him the truth

This is very awkward

Like veeeeeeery awkward

They still end up kissing somehow and Iwai is like “this is a criminal, he has killed people and I’m currently kissing him, wtf is wrong with me?!” but also he did pretty bad stuff too so he’s not much better (he still is though)

Adachi can’t believe that this is happening and suddenly the world becomes a lot less shitty. It’s rough and tastes like a fruity lollipop now and he loves it.
