My brother listens to a variety of metals genres. Most of the bands he enjoys tend to have very brutal/violent lyrics with even harsher vocals. That being said he’s horrified by the lyrics of some of my favorite songs. He claims morbid lyrics with cleaner vocal styles are more concerning, especially when the person driving is singing along to them, and there’s still 4 hours left to go.
