La curación del café

Todo argentino sabe que cada mate que se estrene tiene que ser curado, para que no sepa mal, amargo, y para que se sellen bien los poros del interior de la calabaza. Creo que acquí cabe una interesante analogía con el cafè italiano.

De manera similar todo italian osabe que una moka recién comprada no puede ser utilizada asì nomás, si no bien hay que "curarla" en cierta forma...se preparan varios cafes de agua sola y se tiran - yo diría que diez son un buen numero - y otros tantos con cafè, lo que duele más a los amantes del negro liquido italiano, hay que tirarlos.😬 Per oeso sì no hace falta que el filtro de cafè esté lleno, solo a mitad.

Sin embargo es necesario: las herviduras queman los residuos industriales de la labor del aluminio con el que estàn echas las mokas, mientras que los cafes forman una patina de protección sobre el metal que le da ese gusto tan peculiar "italiano".

Si estàn en dudas cuando aún después de este proceso el café sigue sabiendo fatal, es decir como aa hiel, por favor sigan "curando" la cafetera hasta un café que quizáz sea fuerte y amargo pero no intomable. De lo contrario se beberán todos los residuos industriales de el aluminio que son tóxicos!

Our Stripes Are Beautiful convention

The last week-end I went to my 10th convention, the Our Stripes Are Beautiful con in Paris. It was a convention about lgbtq community and the guests were : Conrad Ricamora, Kat Barrell, Dominique Provost-Chalkley, Keyinan Lonsdale, Isabella Gomez, Floriana Lima, Yael Grobglas and Nico Tortorella.

This convention is the most touching convention I ever did. It touched me a lot because the actors and actresses were so so so adorable like the purest human beings ever. They are all just incredible. And it touched me a lot because I turn soon 30, I’m still trying to figure my sexuality out and I felt so loved by the guests during the week-end and I’m so thankful for that.

Conrad, Yael, Flo & Nico are the actors that I just loved meeting so so much !!

• Floriana made my day on Saturday with her reaction to my gift. She is literally the cutest small bean ever that you want to protect at all costs 🥺🥺

• Yael, this woman, I would die for her. It was her first convention and she just killed it !! She is so beautiful in real and so funny and adorable. I had that chance to see her imitating Anezka and to do the happy dance’s Petra on stage 😂😂😂 I just love her with all my heart.

• Conrad is so sweet and OMG he gives the best big hugs. It was so amazing to meet him.

• Nico. Nico, that incredible human being. They are just so inspiring, kind, smiling, sensitive, funny... I’m so so happy that I have met Nico and to make their fanbook 🖤🌈

I’m so happy that I had an amazing week-end with beautiful people ❤️

For The Love Of Fandoms

The last week-end I went to my 12th convention (oops), For The Love Of Fandoms con in Paris. It was a convention with actors/actresses from different TV shows. There had Melanie Scrofano, Kat Barrell, Dominique Provost-Chalkley, Ben Barnes, Floriana Lima, Max & Charlie Carver and Jason Dohring.

Despite the shitty atmosphere before the con because of the Earpers and the fact I wasn’t excited at all for this con because of them, I just lived my best life with the guests. They were all so freaking adorables and lovely. They are all just incredible.

Ben has been my best meeting of the week-end. 

I have already met Flo at the OSAB con in June and it was so great to see her again. I truly missed her smile, her laugh. I love her friendship with Ben Barnes SO much. They were so freaking cute together during Q&A and wow I just couldn’t handle their cuteness overload. And my duo with Flo & Ben is my fav photo of the week-end 🥺🥰❤️

Ben. Ben Barnes, that handsome man. I was SO excited to meet him when he was invited for the con. I had a very nice conversation with hi during the autographs and when he saw me for the photo, he said me “welcome back”. Ugh my heart 😩 The Q&As with him & Flo were my fav because they are just so freaking cute together and I felt like they have a sister/brother relationship. Also Ben blushed when Flo did some compliments about him 🥰🥰 Oh and his French : chef’s kiss

Max & Charlie Carver, my fav Twins. I missed them so so much !! I have met them like 5 years ago at a Teen Wolf con and Max remembered me. WHAT THE FUCK ?!? 😱😱 I’m so shocked that he remembered me after all these years. Unreal. Charlie loved my gift that he gave me a hug. Ugh my heart. I missed them so much and I am just so happy that I met them this week-end and got lots of hugs with them.

Melanie Scrofano. MELANIE PUTAIN SCROFANO !!! That woman is everything. She is SO awesome in real. She is just the best and I just LOVED meeting her. And her hugs are just the best tigh hug ever ❤️❤️❤️ Also she is a badass because on Sunday, she lost her voice but she was doing her best for talking.

Dominique Provost-Chalkley. Please protect Dom at all costs because she is just the cutest. It was very nice to see her again.

Kat Barrell. KATHERINE BARRELL. This woman killed me on Saturday during my duo WynHaught. I did a fucking eyes contact with her and I DIED 💀 I will never get over ths moment with her. She has something that makes you lose all your ways when you are in front of her. For real, this woman is perfection. She has that personality that you wish you had her as a big sister. And she is a Wonder Woman because on she took a flight night for the con so on Saturday, she was a bit late but when she landed off, she went straight to the con and I swear, she didn’t look tired during the week-end despite the jet-lag... Anyway. Kat is the best and I just love her with all my heart 🤧❤️
