Isn't she beautiful??? This dahlia has completely opened! My flowers have grown in my jungle this summer without complaint. That's how He wants us to be during the valley times: despite our circumstances, He wants us to stand tall, learn the lesson, live by faith, and grow! Have I mastered this lesson....NO! Chicken Biriyani in Pressure Cooker (Zero Oil / Ghee Recipe)
Oil Free Biriyani.....Means Low Calories....Ingredients Basmati Rice  : 3 CupsHot Water: 3 CupsChicken: 1 KgFor MarinationSliced Onion: 3Crushed Ginger: 2 Table SpoonCrushed Garlic: 2 Table SpoonCrushed Green Chilly: 8 Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon Chopped Tomato: 1 BigChopped Coriander Leaves: 2 Table SpoonChopped Mint Leaves: 2 Table SpoonCurry Leaves: 2 SprigGaram Masala Powder: 1 Tea SpoonYogurt: 1 Table SpoonCinnamon Stick: 2 Inch PieceCloves: 4Cardamom: 4Bay Leaf: 1Lime Juice: 2 Table SpoonSalt Cooking Time: 15 MinutesMethod Clean and wash the chicken and cut it to piecesMarinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned under for marination and keep it aside for some timeWash the rice and strain it  and keep asideTo a pressure cooker put the marinated chicken along with the marinadeAdd the washed ricePour hot water.  Water should be just above the rice.  So adjust the amount of water accordingly.  Do not add more waterMix well and close the cooker and switch on the flameAfter 1 whistle switch off the flame and let the pressure go completelyOpen the cooker and stir slowlyServe hot with pickle and salad http://dlvr.it/NSJ7ts
