Finally got a chance to use my BIg Pig traveling pellet grill from @greenmountaingrills and it killed it! With commentary from @c_train707 we cooked 40 slabs of ribs with the @jchristopher.co crew with ease. Literately pulled up, turned it on and let it rip for 6 hours! No plugs, charcoal, wood or nonsense. We had time to hang and have fun instead of babysitting a cooker.
