During our last Compassion Fatigue workshop one of the processes we entered into was writing a letter of self-compassion. Participants then sealed their letters into an envelope, addressed them, and these private, intimate letters that no one else had read, were mailed back to the individual participants. That's kind of what this workshop is about. Fostering a relationship with yourself. Not out of selfishness. But out of compassion for us and those we serve. How have you shown self-compassion lately?
