Common Character Traits to Successful Entrepreneurs
Hey guys! Welcome back! To all people who are interested in Entrepreneurship, this is for you!
Did you know that successful entrepreneurs have common character traits? More details? Check this blog to find out more! But before that, make sure to like, follow, and leave suggestions in the comment box. Without further ado, let us get started!
Being an entrepreneur is not an easy thing to do. There is a long way before getting called a successful entrepreneur. Yet because of their burning passion, commitment, and risks that they’ve taken, they were able to withstand the obstacles facing them. So, I present to you, five common character traits to successful entrepreneurs.
1. Stubbornness to pursue a passion.
Bill Gates is the perfect idea of being stubborn to pursue his passion. Since he was a boy, Gates had been passionate about computers. He would spend so much time in the computer lab that he was reprimanded by teachers. As mentioned, Gates spent a similar amount of time on personal computers while attending Harvard. Rather than finish his degree in prelaw at Harvard, he stubbornly pursued his passion until it became a success.
2. They know their strengths and weaknesses.
Successful entrepreneurs must understand well their strengths and weaknesses. And because of that, they are comfortable and confident in their set of skills and talents. The "Steves" for example. Without Steve Wozniak, Steve Jobs wouldn't have had a computer to sell. And, without Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak may have never sold the Apple 1. Both men complemented each other's strengths and made up for their weaknesses.
3. Risk-takers and Decisive.
You won't reach the heights of success that your business might be capable of unless you take risks and are decisive with your choices. Mark Pincus, the founder of a social gaming company known as Zynga, took a bold risk early in his career by walking away from a great funding source for the first company he started because the investor would have been able to choose the CEO. While this was a significant risk to take since he only had a limited amount of funds left, it eventually paid off as he was able to gain startup funding for Zynga.
4. Flexibility
Being flexible is one of the characteristics that are practically essential for successful entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs like Fred Smith of FedEx and Henry Ford failed many times in their early careers but were flexible enough to adapt and eventually find success. The startup process is all about learning from your mistakes, iterating, and making something better. The important thing is to be willing to learn and grow as a person and company.
5. Creativity
This character trait can help you see a possible solution to a problem that others around you didn't even know existed. While creativity is important for your product if you want it to attract the attention of your core audience, it's also very beneficial for marketing. However, creative marketing strategies could help you set your brand apart from more recognized ones in the industry. Marc Benioff, who was one of the founders of Salesforce, is well known and somewhat notorious for devising creative marketing solutions and gimmicks. For instance, he once set up a fake protest at a conference by Siebel Systems that included everything from chanting to a fake television crew. This gimmick, along with many others by Benioff, brought ample amounts of attention to Salesforce that likely would be impossible to obtain through standard marketing methods.
And that marks the end of the blog. Hope you discover new things and apply them in your daily life. Thank you for reading until this very end.

7. what's your favorite series now?
i don't read a lot of series nowadays but maybe the poppy war by rf kuang. really delivers on villain protagonist who is actually a villain + looks at lot at the aftereffects of war which is something lacking in many fantasies
9. what's a book you want to buy?
summer by ali smith because i have the other three seasonal books with the american covers so i have to complete the set before i move. also will probably buy something by either eve babitz or joan didion soon because i need more pre-2000 books on my shelves
10. have you ever judged a book by its cover?
i LOVE judging book covers and do it every time i'm in a bookstore. i refuse to read anything with those cutesy cartoon people on the cover (you know the style) but that's mostly just a romance thing and i already know i don't like romance. i also hate the colorful blob cover trend in litfic but i've still read and enjoyed some of those books. a recent cover i really dislike is a novel obsession by caitlin barasch (which i also disliked as a book but not because of the cover) and one i really like is disorientation by elaine hseih chou (haven't read the book). in generally my opinions on covers don't influence my opinions of the books but sometimes they can influence how likely i am to pick up the book.

Similarities of Animals and Humans
When we do something out of our character, some would call us out. Others would say stop that animalistic behavior. Unknowingly, we take this statement as an insult as we think people reduce us to creatures incapable of thinking. We are animals, though we consider ourselves the “higher animals”. There is not much difference between animals and humans. In fact, there are a lot of similar traits that we can observe. Some of these are probably things that you already know, while some are obvious ones you fail to realize. So, what are these common traits we share with animals? Read on to find out. 5 Common Traits Shared by Animals and Humans We are social. All animals are social beings. And, by that, I mean including higher animals. By socializing we are able to build a community that functions well. After all, unique individuals with different functions need to cooperate for a society to survive. Therefore, interacting or socializing with various species belonging to a society is a necessity. Innate parental instincts. It is a part of our nature to protect young species who are vulnerable to the attacks of the wild. This trait is innate to us. Even if we haven’t conceived a child of our own, our parental instincts display when circumstances call for it. In some countries, young children take care of their siblings, especially if they have lost their parents at such a young age. Acting as the parent comes out rather naturally. Being a parent doesn’t mean parenting a specie of the same kind only. In fact, animals adopt other animals’ babies—people adopting puppies, cats adopting puppies with no parents, and many more. We have feelings. Some people think animals are void of feelings. Having a mindset like this leads to insensitivity, thus they treat animals cruelly. Animals, like us, can feel. Even they can die due to extreme loneliness. Intimate feelings also radiate from them, though they express it in various ways. We crave attention. No matter how much we hate to admit it, there are times when we crave for attention. Sometimes, we feel the embarrassment of expressing it. But, humans are not the only ones who crave for attention. The most common animal we know of that craves for attention are dogs. Homosexuality or bisexuality in animals. Animals also engage in same-sex intimate activities. This includes sexual activity, courtship, affection, pair bonding, and same-sex parenting. Scientists have conducted a lot of studies about this matter. However, there are still other species that have yet to be fully studied. The reason is homosexual behaviors in animals vary in degrees. Yet of all the species with homosexual tendencies only humans discriminate this trait. Odd, right? In fact, some people condemn ‘animalistic traits’ when we are in fact animals. Read the full article

what are some commons traits of a Scorpio??
ahh scorpios are my faves! i could go on and on but to keep things simple and blunt, scorpios are generally very magnetic and seem to attract you in a deep and unfamiliar way. this could make you feel somewhat uncomfortable, but if you can accept their dark way of making you want them, they will become your next obsession. their a mystery so many signs won’t pay any attention to them. but if you can’t stand not knowing things like Gemini’s typically do, you will find yourself wanting to know everything about them. they usually are very possessive, jealous, loyal, sexual, passionate, thoughtful, dark, mysterious, and seem to be in their own world… meanwhile they are listening secretly to every word you say near them. lmao!!1!11! xx
