Thinking about how, if I DO go into fieldwork for entomology and conservation, there's a chance I might become an "inspiring" disabled person
#this guy has POTS and nearly passed out when he went to the bathroom but he still finds it in himself to go to work and STAND#for real though I'm thinking about how fieldwork and my POTS would probably not go together very well for the most part#of course I'm still in the process of receiving diagnoses and all that so i have a lot of time and room for improvement#but as of right now. i at least shouldn't do fieldwork in florida lmao#kneeling in dirt in 100 degree heat 80% humdity; i stand up and immediately drop back into the dirt#combo fainting from POTS and heatstroke suffocating on the wet blanket air... yeah maybe i should move out LMAO#hoatm rants
