39. talk about the thing you wish you knew earlier- people don’t change. no matter how much they say, how much they promise, they will not change who they are and how they act. all the tears and “sorrys” in the world don’t mean shit. follow your gut instinct. if you suspect something is wrong in your relationship, something is wrong in your relationship. don’t let it slide, because he will continue to do it.

Great job to him for continuing with the routine and giving it his all man. That must have hurt like a 😱. when he was droppin it low during dance. I really hope they win. They deserve it.

Ok, I have a little rant about coed elite. I think they deserve SO much more credit. I love cheer extreme. Even if you don't you have to admit coed elite is a fantastic team and totally deserved a globe at worlds! How can a team with a double, double, double not place..? Also, I think they are the only worlds team in the cheer extreme gym that can really dance! I love them all but everyone complains about senior elites dances how there's no substance to them. Well coed's dances are phenomenal and intricate and full of energy. I'm so happy they won the Majors because they definitely deserved to win that. And i'm not at all saying none of the other teams didn't deserve the globes they got. They are all amazing. I just wish people loved coed elite as much as cheer athletics or cali. Next year they should go out there and win their first world title. Cali, CA and top gun have won enough times, its coed elites turn :)
