Mix the chocolate chip cookies that have been crushed into the coconut cream. Sticks should be put into the popsicle molds, and the mixture should be frozen for at least 4 hours, or until it is solid. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.

Ingredients: 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs.
Instructions: In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the cocoa powder until well combined and smooth. Remove from heat and mix in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and chopped nuts if using. Pour the chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and press them lightly into the mixture.
