Lately I’ve been trying to stay motivated and on-track with my health/fitness goals but it’s pretty easy to slip up. Some goals/tips Jen mentioned for me to keep in mind:
Find healthy foods you love to eat!
No distractions while you’re eating - avoid overeating
Stop eating when you hit the “sweet spot” - avoid overeating
Use smaller bowls & plates - helps with portion control
Hydrate!
Don’t skip meals
Cut back on eating out
Reduce alcohol intake
No tempting snacks at home
Exercise - find a motivation that resonates with you!

Favorite Fashion Youtubers pt.1
Starting yet another series on my blog I will be talking about some of my favorite fashion youtubers, I spend my daily life watching YouTube videos and I love to share to people who’s main focus is fashion and that inspire me & my style. Some of them might not be the most famous, but I promise they’re genuine that have the same love for fashion as I do.
IamKareno
Karen has quite a colorful personality and it’s something she shows in her videos, this fashion youtuber not seeming to be afraid to test new waters when she’s creating lookbooks. She showed me it’s okay to try new things and to be bold in my fashion style. Besides that she uploads really helpful make-up tutorials that use the same amount of color. So if you like some colorful, grungy statements make sure to check her out, or even take a look at the recent online store she has opened.
stealthespotlight
Not only does this girl post a wide variety of lookbooks, she also films content about fashion week and how to imply trends in our own wardrobe. She doesn’t really fit in one style category, making it possible for many people to enjoy her videos and get inspiration from her lookbooks.
clothesencounters
With a cute personality and the ability to pull off literally anything, I recently came to love Jenn as well. She has been on YouTube for quite a while and has gone through a style evolution like we all do. Not only does she post fashion related videos but I also love watching her vlogs, mostly because I find her to be such a calming person to watch.
Emily Lee
Emily does her own thing and is probably one of the most honest youtubers I haven seen the last few years. Besides pulling off the sporty look, but always with her own touch, she also shows up to give us colorfully aesthetic make up looks. She’s very true to herself and her own style, and I love she also takes the time to talk about life filling topics like mental ilnesses and how YouTube really works.
Q2Chan
These cute twins from South Korea who studied fashion in the US are a part of the best Diy’ers I’ve seen on youtbe these days, even recreating popular K-pop looks for the fans. Besides that you can also find them exploring some of the most beautiful shops in their country and do they have great recommendations for all the vegans out there. I adore their personaltiy and you can really see they love the things they get to do.
