sometimes when im in the bathroom ill imagine walking like. my dad or whoever through my hair products. and being like “yeah i have two shampoos and four conditioners and one of those conditioners is actually designed to be used like a shampoo” because it sounds ridiculous but it makes sense!

#clarifying shampoo once a month. gentle shampoo once a week. cowash in between. rinse out conditioner most of the time #deep conditioning masque when i clarify. and then my leave in. and thats where it gets fun because i use curlsmiths 3 in 1 conditioner for #my leave in. which 3 in 1 as in it can be used as a leave in or as a rinse out or deep conditioner #but that shits expensive no fucking way am i using it as a rinse out. and my deep conditioner i have only needs to be in for 2-5 mins #as opposed to 15-30 for the curlsmith. its aveda the one tjat i have #i wanna say the nutriplenish line. its the red one
