About the sketch requests... I'd like to know what it would be like if Narinder chose an outfit for the Lamb and vice versa (it doesn't have to be anything very detailed)

Hello hello!!! I'm so glad you like my AU, that makes me incredibly happy and I really appreciate that so much :D

For the sketch... I'll admit I spent a ton of time thinking about this. And it took a while for me to figure out what I wanted to do for this one, but here are the outfits I landed on:

(Don't look too closely at the eyes I'm still debating if they look good or not lmfao)

For Lambert's outfit... I think Narinder would want them to be comfortable first and foremost, but also kind of in some ways... like resemble his old death god robes. In my mind, he gave up those robes partly to renounce his old self, but also because he felt it wasn't befitting of him to be wearing such robes when he had lost his crown. Secretly, he wants Lambert to feel as though they are allowed to embrace their title as the god of death, and I think perhaps, if he was deciding what they would wear, he would want them to dress in something suitable of their title. That said, the cut is also quite different, and they're also wearing some cool flowy pants under there. I think Lambert would potentially actually like this outfit, but would struggle to feel good about wearing it largely because they don't feel comfortable with their title or position, but they would probably still like wearing it from time to time.

For Narinder's outfit, this is kind of what I envision Lambert picking for him. It's mostly just supposed to be similar to his earlier robes, particularly with the shirt he's wearing, but I also see Lambert wanting him to have a more like... overtly ceremonial robe kind of thing?? He's kind of already in semi-ceremonial robes anyways but I kind of think that was a matter of compromise?? I'll get more into those reasons in the rest of this paragraph. But I do think that if Narinder was to be given this outfit, he would wear it in this more like casual off-the-shoulder way, specifically because he doesn't want to be perceived as overly important anymore. Like he does love being Lambert's right hand and partner, and he loves the little bit of status and respect that goes along with that, but he also isn't super interested in being like, an Important Religious Figure among the cultists, so if he's handed Important Religious Robes he's gonna wear them casually even if it means wearing them like... that. But Lambert's not gonna argue, he'll wear what they picked for him however he wants lol

I hope this works for the request!! I rotated this idea for like. Hours and hours before coming up with anything that was actually good or interesting, because I'd never really thought about this before?? So this was very very interesting to sketch and I had a great time drawing this :D

That's an interesting one.... I can't see them doing karaoke in my main AU, but admittedly, I've been rotating the ghost of an extremely not-gonna-commit-to-it secondary AU that's in like a modern setting?? I don't have a lot on it but basically Lambert and Narinder meet because they're both in this group for adults who are wanting to make friends and the group like, goes out and does activities and stuff, and they're the only like, mid-twenties people in the group so they end up becoming friends (and eventually sliding into a QPR because it just... feels right for this alternate AU as well lol). Anyways, this seems like a setting where they'd definitely end up doing karaoke, so here's this:

Unfortunately for everybody, Lambert may be able to play instruments but they sure as hell can't sing. That's fine though, they're having a good time.

I've realized one of the things I've been like, finding irritating about my artstyle lately is that I feel like the way I've been drawing eyes has become kind of limiting, so... giving this a try. (Also because at some point I wanna try drawing the very boba eyes Narinder because it makes me so happy whenever I see it) but I'm trying new eyes. Anyways.

You can have an Ariana Griande because I’ve not drawn her in at least 3 years (if ever) and it was interesting to try and draw her for the first time in a long while.

It’s so wild to me that she’s such a major fandom character and she was literally created for the sole purpose of a Sahara news bit in season 6 and then she showed up on hermitcraft maybe 2 other times, like that’s hilarious

I've tried to update my design for him lately and somehow that has also directly correlated with me deciding to experiment with my markers so every time I've drawn Tango lately it ends up looking all funky because of the colors lol (and because this was drawn entirely in permanent ink and things always look kinda funky when they're drawn entirely in permanent ink, at least when I do it lol)

Hullo lovelies!  I’m opening doodle requests for a little while.

Any requests I do will be sketches (at least as of right now), maybe digital ones, maybe in pencil, maybe in pen or marker or smth, idk lol.  But they’re gonna be sketches, and they’re probably not gonna be fully colored or shaded or anything.

I’ll try to get through requests as they come in, and I’ll also let y’all know if / when they close.  I may not do every request, but I’ll do as many as I can!

Do you want request to be in DM or ask box? and how many characters maximum for per request? ^^

I think I'd prefer requests to be in the ask box, but if you want to send requests via DM you can do that as well.

In terms of number of characters, I'm gonna say roughly 3 characters in one request at most, maybe 5 if someone were to request, say, a small sketch of the Boatem crew or something. That said, know that the more characters are requested, the longer the sketch will take. It's also worth noting sketches with more characters will likely also not be as high-quality as sketches with just one character.

What type of requests do you want us to send? and are OCs allowed on this? figure I should ask first!

I don't really have a specific idea for requests that I necessarily "want" to be sent in, honestly. I intentionally left it open ended. So I don't have too strong a preference as to what I'd "want" requested. I kind of just figured I'm going to set up requests, and people will send things in, and I'll go from there??

That said, to answer the OCs question, I'm going to give a tentative yes. As a reminder, these requests will be sketches, so if you send in your OC as a request and expect me to do a fully finished piece, I'm gonna give a sketch back. That said, I have one caveat for sending in OC requests- I would prefer that they are not sent anonymously, if possible. The reason I ask this is because I want to be able to credit the OC back to the creator, so I can tag whoever made the OC and sent the request in the answered ask. Additionally, if I decide at some point to stop taking OC related requests, I'll let y'all know.
