Anyway take some cute misc headcanons as I try not to vomit :

- kon wearing those dumb ass booty shorts that they tend to sell on boardwalks for some reason (at least the one I’ve gone to all my life) that says something in big white text on the back like “I love my boyfriend” and people suspect oh who could possibly be this hunks boyfriend? An even bigger himbo? And then they see Bart stroll over casually in all his twink ass nature and they hold hands and just continue about their day . Silly but cute in a way. And I absolutely love the idea of those dumb fucking booty shorts with kon rocking them

- in a scenario/au/whatever with bby bart and thad they behave for most people in the flashfam. And for some reason both boys ADORE Linda. Barts sort of neutral about Wally but if they’re being watched by both Wally and Linda Thad will kick and punch and BITE Wally any chance he gets with no remorse. With Linda though? Little angel. Bart won’t hurt Wally but he probably doesn’t really listen to him and it’s just funny to imagine

- uhhh so I don’t have a basis or reasoning for this one but I like to think Jesse (chambers/quick/whatever her current Alias is) is a lesbian. That’s all. No one with an ass that good is straight.

- yj “girls” nights but the boys are also invited and do typically “girly” things like painting their nails, sharing secrets, braiding hair, etc. and also brutal pillow fights with no remorse between the entire team. Cissie Cassie Greta and Anita sleep in like a cute little huddled way meanwhile kon Bart and tim are literally like a ball of various limbs in a weird pretzel way but somehow they’re all comfortable. I am obsessed with the Star-Trek AU but I need to know about the other members of Young Justice 😭 Please tell us Cissie and Cassie are lesbians together.

YES Cissie and Cassie are together. 💯

However, due to Starfleet regulations Cissie can't be a crewman otherwise that's misconduct and Cassie is not ready to get court-martialed because of an improper relationship with one of her crew. She has important work to do.

Cissie is... a Starfleet dropout. Look, stop, listen to me.

This AU is taking themes from Young Justice and applying them in ways that make sense to a Star Trek universe, so thus Cissie WAS part of Cassie's regular day life as a Cadet one the first ship she served on out of the academy. They quickly grew attached to each other and over time and experiences it became more and more obvious that Cissie was just there because her MOTHER wanted her to be in Starfleet. Her mother, just like in comics, started out in Starfleet but due to various reasons was unable to maintain a career - what exactly I happened I am not sure yet.

Cissie eventually comes into a situation where she has a choice to make; follow the Prime Directive in non-interference of a pre-warp culture and let them succumb to grievous harm at the hands of a cruel leader OR... just take the leader out... y'know.

Cissie takes the short way out and hamstrings the leader before offering him to his people for judgement. But she almost just kills him herself. Cassie is the one who stops her in this.

Cassie surprises Cissie by refusing to report her to Starfleet authority because Cassie by this point in time is a little less black and white and agrees that what Cissie did was morally correct - they are Starfleet and they HELP when they can and those people needed HELP.

Cissie surprises Cassie by dropping out.

They spend some time apart but they always somehow managed to meet back up again. This time though Cissie taking a career directions towards diplomacy.

Cissie as a diplomat is always in need of a Starfleet escort and Cassie's ship is always ready and available to transport her wherever she needs to go. I think Greta as some sort of class of Q entity would be pretty neat and would not be out of line for her own spookiness and over-poweredness. I feel like she started out as human, just as she always does, but then perhaps with her dying at just the right time, with just the right conditions etc etc she just... became something else. This is not out of line for comics (see her origin story) or Star Trek.

Yes, she is absolutely caught and imprisoned by scientists and yes she is absolutely rescued by Cassie's crew. They keep her on board as a little secret. She lives in the Captain's private Holodeck and if anyone happens to see her in there they just assume she's part of the program. Except for the main bridge crew.

Anita as the daughter of high ranking Section 31 officers just FIT and fit well. I am playing around with the idea that when Section 31 got wind of what Cissie did (because they find out about everything) Anita was inspired by her and wanted to help in that sort of way - being more bold in her decisions and actions instead of 'just flying under the radar' due to the trauma associated with losing her mother and her father's own questionable actions within Section 31. She wants BALANCE. You can value all life and embrace all diversity if you are willing to just let people die just because they happened to not have the same technology as you do.

Despite Tim being ex-Section 31, he's never met Anita before in his life but he is familiar with her father.

"Lil-Lobo" and thus Slo-Bo are a little more difficult to place here and I feel like keeping them as pure Czarnian still works for Star Trek. I don't think for this AU Lobo ever was made a teenager (the prime story takes place when all of them are in their late 20s and early 30s) so Slo-Bo likely was created much of the same way and eventually found his way into Cassie's ship as civilian crew (like Bernard).

He's always going to be one of the best mechanics/engineers ever.

I have to think more on Slo-Bo and will end this post here.

Headcanon A:  realistic

Cassie doesn't realize she's a lesbian until she's in her twenties or thirties. I do think she MAYBE realizes she's attracted to women sooner, but god, she's so deep into comphet.

Headcanon B: while it may not be realistic it is hilarious

Cassie and Tim are both trans and met as children, but they don't recognize each other as teenagers. Also, they fucking hated each other as kids (because their parents hated each other).

Headcanon C: heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends

I don't know if this is necessarily HEART-CRUSHING, but I've got a fun and sexy AU where Cissie is murdered after she and Cassie get together, and then Cassie has sexy foemantic tension with Rose. And Cassie is constantly mourning Cissie.

Headcanon D: unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own.

Cassie is a lesbian. While DC wants us to live in that reality, in my real world, Cassie is still friends with Cissie, Anita, and Greta. I think it's such a shame that we've lost her close friendships with the girls over the years.

In a world where he wasn't the Human Torch, Johnny would ideally be a househusband. He just wants a nice, quiet life with a family, a spouse, and kids. Unfortunately, he has halfway accepted that this may not be in the cards for him.

Headcanon B: while it may not be realistic it is hilarious

God, I love Johnny so much, but I like to make him suffer more than anything so this took so long. This isn't exactly a headcanon, but throwback to when i sent my friend @anti-solidcoffee this pic and her response was "I saw that and the first thing I thought was that Johnny is definitely a bottom and I've never been so immediately sure of something like that before"

Headcanon C: heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends

One day, long after Johnny gets married to Wyatt whoever he actually married, he'll wake up in the middle of the night, convinced that his spouse is a Skrull. He'll wake them up in the middle of the night to do the quiz, the one he's made to make sure all of the people in his life are who they say they are. They pass. But even so, Johnny will lay there, still half-scared that he's wrong, and he can't even tell the person he loves most because he doesn't want to hurt them.

Sadly, the idea that Johnny will ever be able to acknowledge that Lyja raped, abused, and gaslit him openly at least within his family instead of continuing to be gaslit into believing he's a manwhore when at most it's a trauma-response (if not just a front). But I still long for the concept of Johnny actually being able to come to terms with his trauma. And I will continue to write fics about it.

Bart and Kon would share the role of the kid being read to and it could take from the comics and be from when max went missing and it could be jay reading the book to them bc they have the dynamic. i think. i would have to make a new role for greta, but maybe she joins anita + slobo after they rescue cassie from the dungeons and maybe she helps them get her out of there. tim’s gotta be there, so he’s going to be miracle max. much fun will be had with that, but steph is going to be valerie bc it’s funny and i loved their dynamic in lewis’ run of robin. villains would be plucked from the run.

Self Indulgent Young Justice/Teen Titans 2003 Relationship and Sexuality Headcanons

Cassie and Kon convince themselves they like each other in Young Justice because they're both gay and closeted. They do love each other, but not romantically. They confuse that for attraction. Plus, I think Cassie is a lesbian stereotype, and Kon is like a gay man stereotype, so it makes sense that the two would go for each other. When they finally get together, they don't kiss because they tell their friends its cause "they both wanna take things slow". Sometimes they'll hold hands (scandalous)

Meanwhile, Cassie is like madly in love with Cissie but doesn't realize it because that's just how best friends are. Plus, she has the whole 'crush on Kon' thing going. I know everyone and their mom loves TimKon, and don't get me wrong, so do I! But in Young Justice, Tim and Kon are constantly butting heads. I don't think Kon starts liking Tim like that until the end of young justice, and he starts to like REALLY like him during Teen Titans.

Cissie and Anita kissed once at a sleepover but never told anyone. Young Justice for Cissie is like a crush fest. She's a bisexual icon, and she's had a crush on every single member of the team at some point (but her most serious ones were Cassie and Anita). She kissed Tim on the cheek in that one panel. She had a crush on Kon in the beginning, and I like to think she had a small crush in Bart but got over it pretty fast, because I've always saw Bart and Cissie as like brother and sister kinda lol (I always think of the panel where she comforts him about Max during the intergalactic baseball arc.)

Cissie can't decide whether she likes Anita or Cassie more and she also can't really come to terms with the fact that she might like girls.

Anita was basically always solid in the fact that she's bisexual. While the kiss with Cissie definitely awakened something in Cissie, Anita was like, "That was nice, but I think we're better as friends." She dates Slobo but doesn't really like him like him, but she thinks he's endearing, so the two are just a generic silly freshman year couple. Yeah, they won't last, but it's cute while it lasts, and they'll be friends when it ends. Anita's dad is super chill and had some "if you're gay I'll till love you the same." talk with her after he saw her concerning obsession with Diana Ross.

Greta hated Stephanie at first because she had a one-sided crush on Tim and was jealous of Stephanie because of it, but she gets over it and develops a crush on Stephanie. (This is canon, trust me. This is my craziest pair, I think, but trust me on one-sided GretaSteph)

Teen Titans era – later teens, Cassie and Kon are on and off dating. Kon and Tim start to get closer. They like eachother. It's so obvious to everyone else. Kory and Donna think it's cute. Cassie meanwhile, still madly in love with Cissie, beings her toxic doomed yuri arc with Rose Wilson. Rose is her official gay awakening. Her and Rose have the most tragic situationship of all time for like a year.

Okay skip forward to the sadness. Kon dies, leaving Cassie and Tim more confused and sad then ever. Cassie loved Kon, really loved Kon, but not in that way, which makes her feel even more guilty about his death because she felt that she was lying to him while he was alive and she still didn't understand her feelings. Tim on the other hand is going FUCKING crazy. He just lost Steph, then his dad, and now Kon and he's not understand ANYTHINGGG!!! Bro tries to clone Kon and when Cassies like "bro what the hell are you doing?!" It causes like this falling out between the two despite the fact that Cassie and Tim were literally bestie because they both loved Kon so much in such different ways and had all this pent up confusion...and then we get to the infamous panel where they make out while crying. In their shared grief and confusion in their own emotions they kiss. It's weird and both of them literally hate it because they literally are like siblings to eachother also she's a lesbian and Tim just lost like 3 of his actual lovers in the span of a year (Steph, Darla, and Kon) so it was weird and fucked up but they were weird and fucked up.

Skip forward, and Kon comes back to life. Everything's happy! Yay! Kon and Cassie have a heart-to-heart and breakup because they're both gay. Cassie asks Cissie out. Tim comes out as bi and dates Bernard. Kon is like, "omg I have a chance," but it is also sad because like Tim has a boyfriend that isn't him. Stephanie is like "no bro he totally likes you" Eventually, they break up. Idk why bro. (I'm not really a Bernard fan, sorry, remember the self-indulgent in the title?) and Steph convinces Kon to ask him out (I love thar after Urban Legends Stephanie and Kon are like, best friends) and BOOM timkon. Everyone is happy. Happily ever after.

And rip Greta and Anita, we haven't seen you in forever miss you queens 🙏🙏🙏
