Since we did some Aenead asks a time back, I wanted to ask: What is the RO's opinion on the Aenead? Do they prefer Vergil over Homer? Or they don't care at all? Do they see themselves or MC, even if just a little, in one of the characters of the poem?
My MC probably sees himself a bit on Aeneas (or would, as I'm not sure if MC reads classics unless prompted by school or someone else), in the sense that he feels he is following fate rather than actually deciding what to do (which is a fascinating thing to attach to an IF, since it's at once true and false, as MC's are often given choices, but just a limited number that may still end up with the same limited amount of results). Perhaps also, although not yet, he may see a bit of himself in Dido, with Aeneas being incarnate by Imre in that scenario (although I doubt Imre would do the same thing Aeneas did, hopefully).
So I don’t think mc has read the Aeneid, it’s probably in their father’s study but it’s in the original Latin and mc can’t read Latin so yeah. I feel thought they know about in the cultural osmosis that makes us know without ever reading them what the Iliad and Odyssey are about
Imre: he likes it but he’s very aware it’s propaganda for Augustus. He much prefers the Iliad for its themes of nihilism and destiny and glory. He doesn’t see himself as anyone, he doesn’t like to do that with characters in literature
Nia: she doesn’t care for it. She finds it boring. She likes the Odyssey a bit better because of the mythical creatures. She has only read parts of it and doesn’t remember much to say which character she’s like or mc is like so would probably pick Circe for herself
Lorcan: he slept through English class. He doesn’t like reading anyway. He didn’t even know what the Aeneid was until mc tells him. He doesn’t see himself in anyone because they’re all heroes with muscles and he’s not. If pressed he might say Paris (just because he too is lazy and a lover boy). He would say mc is like Achilles (with the bravery but also the less favourable aspects of mc’s personality and violence)

🦋Asteroid notes🦋 pt.2
Since you liked the previous part here is 2nd :)
Notes are based on my opinions and experiences. If it doesn't resonate with you, check other important placements. The whole chart matters.
People with at least 3 Vesta challenging aspects (square, opposition) have a hard time focusing. These people might fear intimacy.
People with asteroid Cupido (763) in the 11th house might have a crush on a friend.
This asteroid in 9th house might indicate having crushes on teachers or foreigners.
Circe (34) in the 3rd house might like to read books about witches or witchcraft. Also, these people are great fantasy storytellers.
People with prominent asteroid Sappho (80) are the best writers!
People with 8th house Chiron are just so worried about sexual hygiene/illness. Also, they might not support having sex without protection.
Aura (1488) with an aspect to Lilith gives a lot more mysterious vibes than Scorpio aura or even rising.
Academia (829) with a Neptune hard aspect indicates very big confusion about academics. These people might not want to get higher degrees.
Also, academia in the 12th house or Pisces might sleep through some important classes, or they are just always late to them.
People with Chiron-MC aspects could have a career related to the medical field.
I can guess that people with Erato (62) prominent in the chart, can indicate the best smut writer lmao.
Not only asteroid Circe is about witchcraft, also asteroid Hekate (100) is in someway similar to it. Hekate also represents the underworld and death (now don't come at my messages and don't ask me “how would I die”)
Ophelia (171) in synastry can represent heartbreak.
Asteroid Mony (7782) with an aspect (trine, sextile, conjunction) to Venus, can attract money easily.
This asteroid with an aspect to MC can indicate a high-paying job.
Also, this asteroid might show you where in life you feel the most powerful.
Asteroid Camelot (9500) can show where you find happiness in your life.
Camelot conjunct ascendant would mean that you give very happy vibes to other people.
Eros in 5th house people might prefer watching erotic movies.
Asteroid Diana (78) in 5th house maybe would prefer watch movies about women superheroes. Maybe animal movies too?
Diana in the 12th house has a low self independence.
Selene (580) can also show your sleeping habits (since she is the Goddess of sleep also)
People with Artemis (105) conjunct ascendant have very wild hair. It might grow very fast and it's A LOT.
Artemis in the 5th house might really like walks in the forests or mountains, especially with their own children.
Also, if y'all wonder how are your relationships with women check this asteroid.
Zeus (5731) in an aspect to MC can indicate, job related to military or leadership.
In synastry charts, this asteroid can also indicate an unfaithful husband.
One of the MOST spiritual placements in a birth chart (my opinion) is Poseidon (4341) prominent. (but keep in the mind that this asteroid isn't “goody shoes” either)
I personally have noticed that people with Lilium (1092) aspect to the ascendant has red cheeks or these people easily blush.
This asteroid could represent innocence and virginity.
If I will remember (I have Neptune in the 3rd, so my memory is fucked up) in the next post I will tell you one little bit dark secret about this asteroid🤫
Crocus (1220) symbolize hope. Where you in life find hope. But y'all have to know that this flower is poisonous, so be aware.
Did you found this weird post somehow useful?🥺 maybe I should do asteroid notes series (like this), because damn... I still have a full paragraph of things to say.
Like my posts? Support me on ko-fi💕

//pjo rambles
Love love love your new wake up in pjo series!! Love the fact you alter and add tid bit of your own hc in the universe (ie: may go to therapy, the oracle spirit being cool with the kids). I was so excited when mc and co are going on a quest but then mc drool on luke, clarrise wants to swim bc its too hot, annabeth getting piggy ride and they all act yk like a child in general makes me sad bc why are literal children going on a dangerous quest??? 😭😭 It feel so real when you add those tiny quirks of them.
I also love the fact that mc practically meets immortals and adopts them as their parents/adult figure. First it was maki, then hades and now circe. Yk that audio that went "you're my friend now. Let's get some soft taco later"?? Yeah that's mc. Mc also is the only one who actually has a good godly parent 😭😭 i love mc and zag's father-daughter dynamic. Zag's love language as physical touch is so real!! He hugs, pats, and kiss mc and 🥺🥺🥺 i hope this interaction will make a comeback in the future. And also hoping their dynamic will stay healthy throughout the series 🙏🏽 curious whether zag will makes mc stay in underworld or chb?? Obv zag knows their existence but don't want to send mc there to prevent them from becoming child soldiers and getting involved with the gods but after getting fatally injured maybe make him realize that he can't protect his child forever would make him hesitant and omg cant wait for this confrontation. I already can smell the angst 😭😭😔
And mc has staff too now??!! I'm so excited to discover more on mc's talents and power. At first when mc was introduced as zagreus' child, i thought blood manipulation or sth related to life would be their power as zagreus is the god of life/blood/fertility. But exploring the space/time aspect of zagreus is so wicked cool!! Can't wait for it to be explored more in the upcoming chapter!!
Also the love interest aspect is so cool!! The slow build, discovering about loves (platonic, familiar etc) as a child while growing up as a demigod can be rather a handful. When circe asks mc abt luke (and him scratching his butt, ngl i giggled at that part) and mc denied it, oh yes i love that slow build. (Did the girls in pjo be a love interest too?? Bc that will be so cool!!). Not only from the relationship's aspect but the slow build in friendship too. The bumpy start when befriending clarrise and her started to trust mc (with her complaining abt mc going to underworld and the spear thing 🥺). I can't wait for mc to meet percy and other characters and reading their friendship/relationship progress. (And does that mean nico will be mc's uncle?? Uncle nico??)
Sorry for the long long rambles. Ignore if you feel annoyed by it.
Yeah! I mean they are just kids you know? As a kid reading books about other kids becoming hero’s is inspirational because it makes you think you can be a hero too, but when you’re an adult looking back you think “man this is messed up.” I hope this series is nostalgic for you, but also an adult looking back perspective.
Zagreus is really the only good godly parent in the series lololol, Hades/Persephone are a close second but they’ve got their quirks lol. I think you’ll be fairly surprised at the next parts! I think the next parts will 100% make sense and set the tone of the series as well as being very relatable.
Yeah! I noticed there’s so many gods who are tagged with fertility and hunting in particular, I thought it was interesting that Zagreus was the god of mysteries and hunting, I thought it would be interesting to make a bit of a twist with that. The staff definitely plays a part in it, but not in the way you probably think haha, I like the idea that all it takes to be a witch is desire/will so I added those elements there.
Ah I’m still not sure if there will be a romantic relationship in this series, it just depends I suppose. But yeah, you’ll start seeing some unrequited love/slightly romantic relationships pretty soon haha
Ah and I don’t want to talk about Nico since that’s a whole bag in and of itself.

kaylina’s top ten books of 2020 🖤
update 01/13/21: i stupidly forgot about a book that upended my life and made me fall in love with historical fiction, and so thus,,,everything has changed 😔
what that means is that a few of the original titles listed here have either been moved around or removed; i apologize to myself for the inconvenience. i do recommend reading through a bit of this again if you already read it the first time as i also revised my thoughts on one book mentioned here, so just something.
one of the things i wish for the most in 2021 is that i get to share more about my love for reading, so here’s the first post of many to satisfy that wish.
throughout 2020, i wrote some posts on a complete whim about the stories i was reading and they just kept piling on and on because i was so caught up in the euphoria of having something to turn to when school was dragging me down. i found myself to really enjoy talking about these books while i was on here so i felt it would be a worthwhile conclusion to give a good wrap-up of the top ten books that made 2020 more bearable among all of the bad.
this post is very long so if you’re curious to see what ten books stood out to me this year to make it to this list, you can keep reading in the cut below. it’s all sort of a ranking so it’ll explain why the list is backwards, and i’ll also link more information on the titles in case any of you are interested :’)
first things first, here are three honorable mentions that didn’t quite make the cut but are still important to me one way or another.
3. circe by madeline miller
i have to give thanks to scylla for being one of the main reasons i considered this book as one of my top favorites, a nymph-turned- monster that circe has to face more than once in this story.
also, miller herself building this book upon a figure who was barely considered in the odyssey is like a big slap to all the scholars out there who didn’t consider circe anything else but a jealous madwoman who used sorcery as her vengeance for all the sailors who came across her island.
cheers to the author for having actual critical thinking skills 🥂
2. the invisible life of addie larue by v.e. schwab
i did write a review for this book that i don’t find nearly as coherent as any other review i’ve written in 2020 but here it is if any of you are interested.
the fantastical elements of this story, along with some of the portrayal of certain characters such as luc and those that passed addie by made me fall in love with what v.e. schwab had to offer.
however, i can’t help but think that there’s s a lack of depth regarding minorities in this historical fantasy also set in the modern day. there were bits and pieces of this story that made me pause and feel like something was missing, aspects to it that left something to be desired. thinking back to it now, and after seeing a reviewer’s update on their review of this story, i‘ve come to understand that it could be because i knew this book could’ve been so much stronger if the mc was BIPOC or there were more characters of color who could give their own piece to the story as well.
there’s so much more i can say about it, but that’s a post entirely of its own to be made in future, i hope.
1. the year of the witching by alexis henderson
probably the best reading experience i ever had in 2020. here’s a review that goes into a bit more detail :’)
and here we go!!
10. clown in a cornfield by adam cesare
this book was so fun. i didn’t realize how much of a good time with this story i had until i was thinking about it last night. i mention in my review that i’m not a big horror reader but you can genuinely tell how much the author themself was a big fan of the genre and poured so much of their love into this book. it’s because of that love that i’m grateful for how much i enjoyed this story as a reader who typically is drawn more towards fantasy and contemporary fiction.
i didn’t have much of an attachment to the characters but they did make me laugh and smile despite this being a slasher horror, and because of that, this has become a pretty memorable book for me.
9. sex with shakespeare by jillian keenan
sex, to me, has always felt like a taboo topic, not just because i don’t have experience in it but because it all seems so complicated to me so just talking about it feels like i’m way out of my depth. what made this such an enlightening read for me was seeing how the author was discovering her sexuality through the influence of shakespeare’s works. keenan is very open and considerate of what readers may think going in learning about her fetish but she holds her own when it comes to her personal experience and how much more complicated one’s sexuality really is.
i highly recommend reading this article she wrote for the new york times here for more insight about her sexuality before this book came to be.
in this compelling memoir, the author literally brought shakespeare’s own characters to life and made them feel real, connecting them to her journey throughout her life. this to me, was something i could completely relate to because there are fictional characters i envision in moments of my life where i need them most and seeing the author herself explore that felt so real and imaginative to me.
this book was funny, light-hearted in some parts but incredibly vulnerable overall. i found the insightful analyses she’s made with shakespeare’s works so smart and well-written, i couldn’t give this book anything less than a five-star.
8. blood water paint by joy mccullough
written in verse, this historical fiction took me a while to get through but only because it was just one of those weeks where reading wasn’t that easy for me. once i finally got back into the stick of things, i completely devoured the rest of this story in less than a day.
the main character’s love for art was written with so much vision and spilled out in all these bright colors as depicted on the cover. what i particularly loved about this story were the interludes, little pieces inbetween chapters where the main character reflects on her deceased mother’s stories that were told to her when she was young. these characters that the mother envisioned in her storytelling became a source of light for the main character in her real life, where she then is raped by a popular artist in her village that was a mentor to her for a brief time. the aftermath of this assault culminated into a trial that got quite bloody, particularly involving self-afflicted torture in a matter of dignity.
the title makes sense once we’re in the aftermath of this trial, but how the characters from her mother’s storytelling come to life in the moments when she feels vulnerable are something i was completely enraptured in. this was because it wasn’t just their stories being told, but it was also the main character’s. seeing fiction and reality converge in such a time where women were used and borrowed felt like a vindication of sorts, very telling in how the arts works wonders upon a world that prioritizes logic over matter.
7. everything i never told you by celeste ng
this is a story about a family who’s dealing with the grief of the middle child, who’s assumed to have committed suicide. having the story reflect on each family member before and after lydia’s death, each of them dealing with grief in their own ways, impacted me just the same as how i saw how much they were grieving even before everything was torn down to pieces, all to the point where there was no way to go back. family sagas in literary fiction are always something i find myself to really connect with, and this one was no exception.
i’d also recommend listening to “ven” by cami, if not because you yourself might understand my feelings about this story a bit better then just because it’s a really good song that i discovered as i was reading this book.
6. darius the great is not okay by adib khorram
there’s one particular post i made regarding this story that i’d love to share here. through that post, i share a bit about my connection to darius as our narrator in this first book and then going on to the second book, “darius the great deserves better”, review for that sequel here.
just as darius felt a disconnect to not just his persian side of the family, but also from his entire family as a whole, i felt the same when it came to my dominican heritage. reading his journey throughout this first book in his own voice meant a lot to me then and it means a lot to me now.
seeing him grow and create bonds with characters like sohrab, his depression not being put off to the side but not beholding itself as the center of the story, and then just the persian culture all in itself when darius and his family travel to iran due to personal circumstances--all of it, makes this story something so incredibly special to me.
i learned a lot from this book, and seeing family at the forefront throughout all this was everything.
5. autoboyography by christina lauren
lo and behold my 2020 comfort book of the year + one of my favorite books of all-time. it’s the same feeling i had with “verona comics”, except even stronger because i came into this book thinking it’d be a nice and light read but it was so much more than that.
not only did this story center around two teenage boys in love but it also took into account of the relationships that they both had with other characters in this story. the portrayal of both tanner and sebastian’s families moved me beyond belief, for entirely different reasons, but seeing their story play out along with these two characters made this story hit even harder than i would expect. the location of this story and the significance of that plays such a huge role when it came to how tanner’s bisexuality was represented throughout, and how sebastian’s own grapple with his sexuality affected parts of the story. the author’s note at the end was just about anything i could ever want when it comes to understanding the purpose of one specific story, except i already learned so much from it that reading that note made the characters feel even more real.
may i suggest listening to “someone” by michael schulte because the lyrics of this song and the singer’s voice itself remind me strongly of tanner and sebastian’s relationship? which thus led it to becoming a big comfort song for me? so much so that it was my 2020 song of the year on spotify? no? yes? cool :’)
4. clap when you land by elizabeth acevedo
this was my first acevedo book, “the poet x” being her most popular work, but “clap when you land” for me too important a read that i didn’t want to miss as i was first going into acevedo’s writing. you can say that it’s because of how much this book means to me that it motivated me to read her sophomore novel “with the fire on high” and motivates me to finally read her debut “the poet x”.
i’ve talked to myself a lot about the personal connection i have with this book, but i’ll just say here that the context behind how these two main characters weren’t aware of each other’s existence and what it meant as they were also dealing with the fact that their now-dead father was still there for them despite having them in two different places,,,,,it’s just too monumental for me to put into words here. this author being afro-latina just like me and having written this story about a flight destined to dominican republic that never actually made it, and with so much heart above it all, i connected with it a lot.
as a dominican who feels both connected and disconnected to her heritage, this story breathed so much life into me. i wish you can know just how much.
3. lobizona by romina garber
the fact that i thought everyone would talk about this 2020 release with so much fervor and yet here i am holding the weight of this story with both shoulders,,,,unbelievable. i always feel insecure when it comes to recommending a book because the fact that i thought this one was incredible but not a lot people have talked about it, it makes me wonder why that is.
i really loved this book because as fast of a read as it was, there was so much to take in that you can tell how much effort the author put into it. as a fantasy, it’s connection to our reality is so grounded that it makes you wonder if it actually exists, and the background of our main character raises the stakes of a story like this where one’s identity matters too much to simply be blurred into the background. i loved seeing how there was animosity between these characters that we meet and the main character because despite having ties between each other, that doesn’t ignore how much labels in our society and the connotations that come with it carry its weight. seeing the sacrifices that were made and the discoveries coming at our main character with such a force, there was something so exciting that came from reading this book but it was very solemn overall.
the reason why this story isn’t at the #1 spot is because of technicalities, as i do admit that the ending did feel a bit rushed. but!! it made me more excited to see what’s to come in the second book of this series, “cazadora” (set to release in august 2021) so there we have it.
2. black sun by rebecca roanhorse
inspired by the pre-Columbia Americas, this story and its different narrators enraptured me in each and every page, my love for naranpa and serapio as characters soaring beyond the pages. all these different narrators appeared to have started this story as if they had no ties to each other but really, these web of characters are so interwoven with each other that there’s no telling what their destinies reveal. seeing how naranpa and serapio’s fates were tied together (not romantic, just a note in case i made it seem as such) put me on edge because there was so much political conflict and then here was a prophecy that put so many lives at stake, it was hard to know what could possibly happen. because of this, the ending of this first book in the “between earth and sky” series absolutely bowled me over and i cannot wait to see what could possibly happen next.
let me also just show my appreciation for one of the narrators, xiala, who for some reason made me think for a brief moment that her part in the story was over but really, that could not be further from the truth, i have to believe in that.
here is a review written by one of my favorite book bloggers about this story, listing five reasons as to why reading “black sun” could be an absolutely brilliant reading experience for you. it’s much more detailed and brings so much justice to this story than i ever could so if you’re interested, i highly recommend you check it out.
1. “lovely war” by julie berry
a mythic historical fiction that explored ww1 spanning a circle of characters, including the greek gods themselves—it was bound to catch my attention.
the beginning of this story immediately solidified my interest in the plot, the gods and aphrodite herself regaling the tale of mortals caught in the brink of a war that not only came with death and terror but music and bonds formed under strenuous circumstances.
watching as this journey didn’t exclude the gods themselves and how they were affected in what’s ultimately a love story, but not exclusively a romantic one, made this book become something so close to my heart, i’ll never let it go. i highly recommend.
~
and we’re done!! thank you to those who’ve read this far, this was actually a lot of work with a lot of links but i hope there’s something that you guys got out of it in the end. i’m really proud that i did this but i’m more proud of myself for having read so much in 2020 to have even been able to make this post.
thank you to all the new characters i met who will stay in my heart forever but most importantly, my thanks go to the authors who worked so incredibly hard to get their books out there, some with debuts and others with a beginning of a new series; you guys have done so much among all the trials of 2020 and i, along with so many other readers, will continue working to get your stories out there this year and the years ahead, that’s for sure.
happy new year to all of you and stay safe, everyone.

Arcana apprentice backstory (updated and probably the definitive version) & Apprentice outfits
Chibi drawing of Freya that I have previously posted( it’s a rubbish drawing sorry, I seriously can’t draw it’s hilarious 😂):
Freya’s tragic backstory TM (bullet pointed because it’s easier and it’s long):
Freya is the daughter of Pavel, the chief of a tribe of travelling Circus performers/ Merchants and Circe, the crown princess of a country across the sea from Vesuvia.
She’s the youngest of the eleven of her mother’s children, twelve if you count one of the twins who died at birth which the family do but it’s kind of a taboo topic because of their culture (that culture includes the need for royalty to have lots of children, which is why she has a bunch of older maternal half-siblings) and the only girl out of the children.
Which naturally gave her the bonus of having eleven overly protective brothers (oh boy imagine them being protective of their sister when she got romantically entangled with her main LI, Julian, or even Asra, if only she never died of the plague and lost her memories).
Anyway, her grandmother, one day when her granddaughter was five, had a dream of Freya overthrowing a ruler of a city and came to the conclusion that it was about her (or was not. It was about Lucio and Vesuivia, of course, and technically the MC does help over throw Lucio as count so yeah) and naturally, as every tyrant eventually does, to any opposition decided to get rid of her. This meant in her terms, try to kill a the girl as she slept.
Circe got wind of it and took Freya to be looked after by Pavel and to ensure her children’s safety then proceeded to bargain with the devil, giving up her life and allowing herself to be trapped in the devils realm, in exchange for the safety of her daughter and sons from their grandmother (it was a coincidence that, spoilers, Selim and Aisha got trapped by the devil, honestly, I had that aspect of her backstory figured out a week before that chapter came out).
Freya travelled and performed with the tribe, and it was were she first learned about the Arcana and started learning magic.
However when she was fourteen, they travelled to a place where Lucio had recently been, and, well, her dad caught the red plague (honestly, Lucio unknowingly interfering with her life, and they haven’t even met yet is just proving that they were somehow tied together by fate), so, to protect his only child, he sent her to live with her aunt, uncle and cousins, in Vesuivia. He died two days later.
This is when she met Asra for the first time (and Nadia).
She was happy, she’d fallen hard for Asra, and had finally found a place she could stay and be happy without worrying about her family leaving her one way or another.
Or so she thought, because when she was sixteen, her, her aunt, her uncle and older and younger cousins, went to see a theatre show out of town and on the way back (just as they entered Vesuivia), the cart they were in lost a wheel, and went crashing into another cart, killing everyone, except Freya, who was flung from the vehicle as it lost control.
She inherited the shop since she was the only living member of her aunts family left, Asra moved in and well, we kind of know the rest (the plague started, Asra and the arguement that lead him to leaving, MC meeting Julian and becoming his apprentice, catching the plague, dying, being brought back by Asra, losing their memories).
Due to her backstory (and dying in a furnace) Freya has a fear of big fires, which is a psychological thing that kind of stuck around, and suffers from anxiety and doesn’t like loud sudden noises, although she can never figure out why she’s scared of them, (hint it’s because of the repressed/ forgotten memory of the crash).
Palace and Masquerade outfits (Sorry if they’re bad I’m honestly terrible at drawing):
Palace outfit (the one she wore when she went to dinner with Nadia in the palace in the prologue):
Masquerade outfit (accidentally inspired by Disney’s sleeping beauty & her mask is supposed to be a mouse, Asra made it after her familiar, Aiofe, the hazel field mouse also it’s supposed to be slightly small since she’s only 5’4):
For footwear, she literally just wears her everyday boots (not that anyone minds).

Hello👋 can you talk about asteroid Circe in Capricorn conjunct midheaven?? Thx
hi - please, everyone, the more details the better. the house that it aspects from could help with interpretation.
circe capricorn: you may take your presence in the world a bit too seriously - not everyone is supposed to become a god, queen, or famous in a lifetime. you’d be best served taking some of the expectations and responsibilities off of yourself. you will find that life gets better when you aren’t anxious to be perfect. you may even find that success comes more readily then. that being said you are likely a great presence to behold. you like circe may be pretty intimidating due to your power.
circe-mc: positive aspects: you could have a reputation that emphasizes your strength, power, and mysticism. you may find jobs that rely on manipulation to be perfect for you (law, sales, politics, tv personality, healthcare professions, teaching, etc.). you are likely leader material - people look to you to tell them what needs to be done and how to do it. negative aspects: you may struggle with keeping long term goals because those around around you are constantly testing your ability to adapt to sudden and extreme changes. your reputation may consist only of the terrible things you do (some people remember circe was the witch who turned odysseus’s men into pigs than manipulated their son into killing him). you may be frequently stepped on or used by the masculine energy around you: a boss who steals your work, a co-worker who is trying to be seen over you, a lover who has no intentions of being loyal or staying long-term, etc.
hope this helps.

Hello, can you do another description of circe for me please ʕ´• ᴥ•̥`ʔ
Circe in pisces at 25 degree rx, in the 12h sextile moon, quintile MC, opposite mars, square saturn and semi-sextile Uranus. 💓🤍💜
Thank you, I will be more than happy to see all the aspects in detail cause it's long . :)
second ask: “Oh I forgot to add it aspects the moon in 10th, mars in the 6th and my mc is in capricorn”
very in luck that i posted my ask boundaries after this ask. but for future reference - screenshot the aspect pdf and put it in here. because it was kind to add 10h moon so i know that it aspects from 12h to 10h. the opposition is rather straight forward (it often is the house opposite) but i have seen rare cases where its on the edge of being in the opposite house. but now you have left me to wonder where you saturn squares from as well as where your uranus semi-sextiles from? if that makes sense? if i just had the screenshot of aspects i wouldn’t need to wonder and give you a half-ass response for those aspects. nor would i be debating which mc based aspect is stronger, which trumps the mars one, etc. astrologers are only as good as their information.
circe rx: you may want to ease up on seeking revenge it could ruin your life… i always seem to think of circe and medea as different sides of the same coin in that way. circe didn’t get too much hate for her revenge seeking but medea did. so you may want to read the medea myth to see how much resonates. you too may feel you are hunted down for getting even. you may take others for granted just because you want to give what you receive - which isn’t a good way to go through life. you may often find yourself manipulated by others which only frustrates and fuels you more to want revenge. you may be interested in the occult or magic but find that your attempts don’t take you far. you may own a fair amount of books on the subjects but never open them, you may try to read a chart and think that you are understanding it then doubt yourself, you may confuse crystals, you may confuse herbs and purposed, etc.
pisces circe: you may find you are deeply connected to everything around you - to the point that people may say you are intuitive. circe knew that the men were no good at first sight. where you may be like circe - in a rough way - is circe saw odysseus as a hero and someone to worship - sometimes you may take gut feelings too far. circe end up being abandoned - you too may overlook possible negatives after first observation. like circe you may seek revenge because you put too much stock into situations and feelings. you may love too hard and feel betrayed too harshly. you may act as a karmic balance though as a pisces circe.
12h circe: circe had a following of large animals, so you too may like or have exotic pets that others typically do not have. your greatest weapon is likely your ability to manipulate others into doing your dirty work for you. you like circe may prefer to live in isolation - circe was living on the island alone until The Odyssey people showed up. you may have an interest in the unknown - in terms of magic, you may find yourself curious about meditation or astral projection.
aries circe (1°, 13°, 25°): you like circe may enjoy being queen of the island. you love power - circe of course was threatened by odysseus and the crew’s presence initially wanting to be rid of them. you may try to do the same when faced by those who threaten to take your power/authority. you may find you are easily bored with things; which could emphasize the circe rx portion of not having a steady grasp on the occult/magic in the way that you crave. you may find it hard to follow through with a ritual (like cord cutting - you may be the type to walk away because its taking too long (please never walk away from cord cutting rituals)) or with finishing a portion of a study. but if you really want it, the joy of an aries degree, you can have it.
12h circe - 10h moon: positive aspects: you may have a natural instinct to care for other beings that aren’t human. you could be an activist for large animals calling out fur in fashion, animal testing, zoos, etc. you find in your line of work you do a lot to keep those you work for out of that kind of trouble. you may be known as the person who is clever with their words in your workplace. mostly because your words come from a place of deep emotion and you want to make things right. you could write scripts for speakers who advocate for animal rights or for social change. you may find yourself being the caretakers for another’s land or home.
circe-mc: positive aspects: see other post.
12h circe - 6 mars: negative aspects: there is a lot of animal motif going on here so i very hate to crash and burn it but this could suggest that you had a bad go of things with a pet. 6h is pets while 12h is larger animals - you could have been younger and the animal seemed big to you OR it could have been one of those moments where fluffy the turtle “just ran away, sweetheart, he didnt like being cooped up in a tank i guess.” a moment in youth could have changed your views on animals. this too is reminiscent of the 10h aspects so look at the orbs to see which one trumps the other(s). you may find you do a lot of the heavy work and get left in the dust - circe sheltered odysseus for years and had his child, yet he left her. so you too may want to re-evaluate your workspace and check out whether you are being used to do all the leg work. ESPECIALLY if a masculine is involved, perhaps you have a crush on someone and struggle to say no to them. say no - they likely know they are using you to do their work and that you wouldn’t turn them down if they asked you to do something for them. life is a competition - friends don’t exist in the work force; set your boundaries, get your bag, and get out. no need to start drama or get revenge - just start doing your own stuff, so you could level up instead of those you are helping out.
circe-saturn: negative aspects: you may be constantly on guard about others taking you for granted or manipulating you into doing what they want. this does not mean be one step ahead and also manipulate other or take them for granted. you should learn to stifle these fears without restricting/disciplining others. you may have a cold disposition. you likely enjoy when justice is served (you probably watched the heard v. depp case really closely and were excited that depp won).
circe-uranus: positive aspects: you like circe love the freedom associated with being completely alone and away from your kind. you would likely enjoy trading humanity for cows on a farm or a home in louisiana where alligators are rather close. others are very likely to view your life as unconventional for this reason. you could probably shock someone with your skills of persuasion. circe-uranus often reminds me that magic / occult is not always myth, astrology, spell jars, herbs, etc. but rather modern magic is science! you may find that you are rather gifted at inventing new technology or scientific techniques.
hope this helps.

p.s. please never dictate how much detail is okay v. not - it’s actually quite rude. i have a world that exists outside of tumblr. commentary like that makes it appear like some of my work is inadequate. i ask everyone to remember i am doing this for free - no exchange is happening, i’m not compensated. i do this because i like astrology; what i don’t like is being told how much work i should do or not do and when to do it though - this is social media it’s supposed to be fun.
p.s.s. next circe ask will be a full description of every placement - my policy is the more ask the more demand so might as well get all the descriptions out there like aphrodite’s and medusa’s posts.
