Taking a sip of your drink, you sighed, feeling the bass thump in your chest and the tempo of the music vibrate your body. It was loud, louder than any club you’d been to in a long time, fast-paced electronic music reverberated at an almost deafening volume as your fellow patrons moved and swayed together in an almost explicit display of carnal desire. It was the usual crowd that frequented dance clubs, you noted. Clubs were usually like this for you, but you tended to stay close to the bar rather than the rest of the neon-lit room. You were already on your second glass of whatever had been served to you. You always chose something strange just to try it, because why the fuck not? Whatever it was, you took note of the cinnamon and apple flavor in it, and damn was it good. You weren't drunk yet, but it was enough of a buzz for you to be able to loosen up and relax a little and know damn well you weren't driving, just to be safe.

You glanced around slowly at the people sitting at the bar, the others dancing to something you were unfamiliar with, and the few people standing around or sitting, simply chatting over the loud music.

Your eyes somehow landed on a very strangely dressed man. Well, a lot of the people here were strangely dressed, but he was different compared to them. Two fox-like ears, were buried in a mass of fluffy curls, his face had been painted in black and white, he wore a jacket in a burnt orange hue with orange fur on the shoulders, his soft chest was exposed under the jacket, his creamy skin almost shimmered in the bright lights, black pants hugged his plush, curvy hips and thighs, studded gloves, tall platform heels, a belt with the face of a fox, and something fluffy behind him, somewhat resembling a tail. His dark, Italian eyes practically glowed in the dark room, and he looked as if he were surrounded by an other-worldly orange glow.

He somehow caught your gaze, eyes slightly narrowing, and a small grin forming on his painted lips. You felt your cheeks begin to heat up, breaking eye contact for a split second, only to return your attention back to him. He giggled, talking to the man next to him, dressed in the same unusual attire, slightly shorter in stature, almost resembling a cat in bright green. They were talking about you, without a doubt, and once again this strange fox-like man looked into your eyes, igniting a flame deep in some wild, untapped, primal nerve, and you felt yourself needing to get closer to him.

The desire to be closer to this strange man only intensified the longer you gazed at him, your eyes feeling heavier than ever, it was as if you were possessed. Your legs seemed to have a mind of their own as you stood from your place at the bar, abandoning your drink. You didn't even know what you were doing, until you were already standing in front of him, heart pounding in your ears, going as fast as the music previously had been. Shit, had you really just unconsciously walked all the way over to him? You licked your bottom lip nervously, feeling limp and weak being in his presence. He grinned more, gently patting his thigh with one hand, beckoning you to join him there. You felt like gravity had left when you walked closer and found your seat there, too flustered to look up at him. He gently grabbed your chin and tilted it up to look up at his face once again, sending a small shock up your spine, making you shudder. He was practically dangling the kiss you so desperately wanted, eliciting the needy whimpers from your throat.

PEONY: Coffee all the way!!!!! Not just because i need it for survival at this point but i actually like the taste of coffee SOO much

MYRTLE: planes are so fun!!! I haven't had a bad airport experience till date and people-watching there is just very interesting. And like my brother did areodynamic engineering and he always tells me interesting things and all and he told me about the plane wings slightly moving during flight and turbulence being a common and chill thing and i just enjoy those experiences now :D

LOCUST: OKAY SO my brother got me this one book for raksha bandhan (which is like a traditional festival where the sister ties a band on the brothers hand as like a symbol of protection (there's a whole story behind this it's very sweet) and the brother gives the sister a gift and money and it's like a silent vow to protect her etc) and it was titled '365 days 365 stories' or sth similar and the art was SOOO cute and there were stories and poems and some of them were silly and some were nice and it was overall very warm-feeling
