so first of all, congrats on 500+ followers (and of course, to 500 more from now on!) <3 and a big thank you for feeding the community and by community i mean me haha - gets shot; since you always do so much for everyone and the other nonnie was kind enough to bring up the idea here are some headcanons for you and chuchu (excuse my rusty ass writing though, i haven't written in months and i really need to dust off my skills haha)

• chuuya would absolutely adore how knowledgeable you considering how he barely ever has time to read a book or even buy any so whenever he gets to spend time with you, he truly delights in leaning back against the pillows with you snuggled against his front, one arm around your waist while you’re reading to him. he swears that nothing is more relaxing (only in his head though because like hell he’s going to say such an embarrassing thing out loud)

• just like you, chuuya sometimes lets his emotions get the better of him. sometimes everything just gets too much all at once, sometimes it’s just so hard to even breathe and he just — needs to get away from it all, preferably with you. so it won’t be all too rare for him to drive you home on his motorcycle, just to suddenly swerve and go the other way round. you don’t ask and he doesn’t tell and sooner than later you find yourself on an outskirt overlooking the city. neither of you talk when you sit down on the grass and let the wind ruffle your hair because sometimes this is all you both need.

• he’s so torn between admiring your talent when it comes to taking photography, your patience with finding the perfect angle and light and your preferred motive to eternalise - him - and his horror over how he sometimes looks in your photos because dear god, does he really sleep like that? and did you really have to take a photo of him while he has terrible bed hair (his opinion)? he may end up nagging you a little too much at times, thinking that it’s in good sport - just to wake up to his bedroom plastered with photos of his nightmare personified next day because revenge is sweet (dazai, i’m obviously talking about dazai here)

just cuddling on the bed while absorbing the shit out of a book, that's literally the best thing right now 😭 i hope he doesn't mind that i'm going to end up rambling about stuff esp if it's one that's really piqued my interests… really going to test his patience in this one hahaha

that just makes sense for chuuya too, you really pinned that down so well! maybe not a word, maybe just a "screw it" or "wait" as he drives out to the hillside… as much as i love adventuring with chuu, i'd love to spend quiet moments with him like this too, you really captured it so well aaaaah

i'm crying at the banter in this one though cause 😂 i WOULD. i am totally not below doing that how did you know 😂 but i also want to give him a little collection of photographs (embarrassing or not) maybe on his birthday or on an anniversary and aaaah just eternalising affection for chuuya yes!!

hmm i’m sure chuuya would love showing you around yokohama on little hand-in-hand night walks or nighttime motorcycle rides. maybe telling you all the memories he has a associated with some places too.. “hey babe, over in that alley is where i got blackout drunk on 2 shots of vodka at 15!”

i remember reading in stormbringer that he used to have to swim back from missions, so im sure chuchu wouldn’t mind giving you a helping hand with your swimming status! cue him walking you into the water and holding your waist whilst you try and paddle your legs to keep upright. the day will probably end with you either being a pro swimmer, or chuuya just pig backing you around the ocean

i also think chuuya would love if you did a tarot card reading on him- as long as the reading is something he wants. i also read he used to be the head of jewellery/ diamond marketing in the p.m during stormbringer so i’m sure he has access to many real crystals that he will be more than glad to buy you

i also think chuchu loves that you show your emotions around him, seeing as though he is used to having to bottle his up. is definelty ready to catch you in his arms if your having a bad day, and whilst he’s not the best at words his gentle back rubs and little praises are a sign he’s trying his best to comfort you 🥺

nighttime motorcycle rides with a tinge of nostalgia sounds so good right now 😭 he's definitely the type to go past the speed limit too and i'm going to be holding on to him for dear life (and he will like it because he is mean!!!)

im laughing so hard at the imagery of him trying to teach me how to swim though 😂 like it's going to be so chaotic!! he better make me a pro swimmer or i'm latching onto him everytime i'm "about to drown" (step into water where i cannot reach the bottom with my feet)

he's going to get me crystals? 🥺 u really think so? i really love em a lot and without getting too woowoo i just really like how they make me feel (pretty things = pretty feelings) and if chuu gets me one i'm gonna be so charmed 😭 just marry me already

you're right tho, he's really an amazing person to be with when you're down. he doesn't have a wide vocabulary in terms of comforting you but he's such a comforting aura and presence that it's just easy to feel calm around him- perhaps because there's that awareness that he can be all sharp edges and he's being soft to you on purpose.
