how do people find their mtbi?

is it tests?? or by yourself?

bc im terrible at these types of things where you have to give something you identify yourself in;;; it took me long enough to me to understand kinnies and to have some kins and im still not sure of them

im pretty undecided and i mostly dont know what i want (sometimes i go with what others want) especially what i want to be, what i identify myself and what i find pretty (romanticly) in people (indirect to my mom lol bc she asks some times whats my type and idk whats my type mom wtf im still inmature to date)
