O espaço está integrado ao campus do Highlands College para funcionar como um laboratório vivo para os alunos da faculdade, ao mesmo tempo que continua a servir sua crescente congregação em Grandview. Os alunos são capazes de ganhar experiência da vida real nas áreas de adoração, produção, tecnologia, ministério familiar, evangelismo e cuidado pastoral durante um dos cultos e podem praticar seu estágio durante a semana.

Uma nova entrada de ponte foi criada para conectar o estacionamento. Ele recebe os hóspedes em uma área comum aberta e iluminada, projetada para ser um local multifuncional para confraternização ou eventos de grande escala.

Detalhes como iluminação, revestimentos de parede em nogueira e outros acabamentos e materiais naturais ajudam a reforçar o espírito acolhedor do campus Grandview. O nível inferior abriga Highlands Kids, uma sala multissensorial, salas Dream Team, salas para pequenos grupos, salas de conferências e uma suíte TECH-ARTS projetada para treinamento especializado para alunos do Highlands College.

Ao projetar o novo centro de culto, a igreja e a equipe de design fizeram parceria com engenheiros de áudio/vídeo e acústicos para incorporar a mais recente tecnologia de desempenho. O novo espaço apresenta paredes tratadas acusticamente e nuvens flutuantes, piso de concreto, assentos de estádio e um estande de produção na frente da casa. Uma parede de LED do chão ao teto exibe uma tela IMAG, permitindo que cada pessoa na sala se sinta visualmente conectada ao orador ou aos líderes de louvor. Assentos móveis foram selecionados para reposicionar a sala para usos múltiplos e manter linhas de visão claras.

A parte de trás inclui entrada privativa, suíte de hospitalidade com cozinha privativa e sala de oração para convidados especiais e líderes de louvor, permitindo acesso eficiente ao palco. Outras salas abrigam o estúdio de produção e a “sala da equipe”, conectados por divisórias de vidro.

Amazing days and moments! Here we are in Louisiana sitting by the warmth of a fire pit in the early morning. We kayaked on the lake and enjoyed a hike together before leaving our beloved friends in Louisiana. Life doesn’t get better than this! Then on to Alabama to see friends!
