- Guddu, what is your opinion on live-in relationship and marriage? - Even I feel that if there’s love, everything is chaste. Jokes aside, if there’s true love, why hesitate to get married?

Uberhood (77) - Mole
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Mole Summary: - John and Natasha Mole (née Una) got married and had two kids, Ivan & Anastasia. - They moved to Riverblossom Hills, since their former home in Desiderata Valley had become too small for them. - I still had the Critturs in the family bin and since it's not recommended to delete them, I chose to let them move in with the Moles. Let me just say that I will never do this shit again.. I didn't know what I was getting myself into. Not only are the dogs extremely ill-mannered, no, one of them was pregnant and got 3 !!! puppies. Now I play this household with two kids, who were both toddlers at the same time and 5 dogs.. without cheats. This family is a pain in the.. I mean they are nice people. Always a joy. 10/10. Experience. 👍🏼😂

Digimon fans have Digimail.... Tamagotchi fans have Tamamail... I have never heard the small smattering of Gigapet fans that I know refer to their mail hauls, but I assume Gigamail works, even if it sounds like some kinda OP JRPG armor...
What do Oddpet fans have? Dinky Mail?
Anyway... I got a haul today. I tested to see if they worked before celebrating, and yes, they all work just fine. I got these for a huge bargain at 8 bucks each. Not that they're the most sought after, but I rarely see them for a price I consider reasonable. And they did combined shipping.
Yuki Pengin is cut from the same cloth as Dinky Dino, so I already know I'm gonna love it. I wish I could have gotten a black shell, but I wasn't going to pass on the red one at this price. He's more christmas-y this way.
Gyaoppi and Chuppi are new to me, and obviously related. One is a dinosaur, the other is a bird, possibly a chicken or a parrot, but he looks like a generic bird to me. I may have actually had Gyaoppi as a child, it's very familiar to me, but i'm not 100 percent certain. It was confiscated from me at an early age and I was too worried my parents would be mad to tell them.
I know there's more pets related to Dinky Dino out there but they're not so easy to find and are very poorly categorized and undocumented... and there's also at least one more solo pet related to Gyaoppi and Chuppi I know of, a duck, but the more common shells are ugly, and I want the one that resembles the shells I already have. There's even more but they're multi-pet, and once again, are poorly documented... virtual pet community really should do something about the poor documentation of non bandai virtual pets. If only someone with more willpower and drive than me could do something about it.
Anyway, it may be some time before I run any of these. I am already running 3 pets. I'm always going to run at least one digimon, I'm on a Tamagotchi kick so I'm not putting that away and if I do, i'm replacing it with a Tamagotchi Uni... and I'm not putting away my Floppy Frog until it actually dies. I'm going for a record here. But i'll definitely talk more about them as I run them.

Chuppiology
Chuppiology is a term coined to describe the systematic misuse of power by senior staff members within organizational hierarchies, leading to victimization and unfair labor practices. The term "Chuppi" is derived from the Hindi word meaning "silence," highlighting the phenomenon of employees feeling silenced or marginalized due to the abuse of authority.
Origins
The concept of Chuppiology emerged from instances where employees experienced unfair treatment or victimization as a result of power imbalances within the workplace. It encompasses the study of power dynamics and their impact on employee well-being and organizational culture.
Dynamics of Workplace Power
In most organizations, power is distributed hierarchically, with senior staff members holding more authority and influence than their subordinates. While power differentials are inherent to organizational structures, the ethical exercise of this power is crucial for maintaining a healthy work environment.
Wrong Exercise of Power
Chuppiology sheds light on instances where power is wielded inappropriately or unjustly, including:
Abuse of Authority: Senior staff members may exploit their position to exert control over subordinates, often disregarding their well-being or professional growth.
Victimization: Employees who speak up against injustices or voice dissenting opinions may face victimization, ranging from subtle forms of ostracism to overt retaliation.
Unfair Labor Practices: Chuppiology encompasses the examination of unfair labor practices, such as discrimination, harassment, or exploitation, perpetuated by those in positions of power.
Impact on Employees
The ramifications of Chuppiology are profound and multifaceted, affecting both individual employees and the broader organizational culture:
Psychological Distress: Employees subjected to unfair treatment or victimization experience heightened levels of stress, anxiety, and disillusionment, impacting their mental well-being.
Diminished Productivity: A culture of fear and oppression stifles creativity and innovation, leading to diminished productivity and suboptimal organizational outcomes.
Erosion of Trust: When employees perceive that power is wielded unfairly, trust in leadership erodes, fostering a toxic work environment characterized by cynicism and disengagement.
Addressing Chuppiology
Combatting Chuppiology requires concerted efforts at both the individual and organizational levels:
Promoting Transparency: Organizations must foster a culture of transparency and accountability, where power dynamics are openly discussed, and mechanisms for recourse are readily available.
Empowering Employees: Empowering employees to speak up against injustices without fear of reprisal is paramount. This entails implementing whistleblower protections and providing avenues for anonymous reporting.
Educating Leadership: Senior staff members must undergo training on ethical leadership and the responsible exercise of power, emphasizing empathy, fairness, and inclusivity.
Enforcing Policies: Organizations must enforce strict policies against discrimination, harassment, and other forms of unfair labor practices, with consequences for violators.
Conclusion
Chuppiology serves as a critical lens through which to examine the complexities of workplace power dynamics and the detrimental effects of their wrongful exercise. By understanding the nuances of Chuppiology and taking proactive steps to address its underlying causes, organizations can cultivate environments where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Zara Hatke Zara Bachke Movie Review: A Rom-Com That Fails to Deliver
In the world of romantic comedies, there’s always room for innovation and fresh ideas. However, “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke,” directed by Laxman Utekar and starring Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan, falls short of expectations. Despite the promising premise of a couple faking a divorce to secure a flat in a government housing scheme, the film fails to capitalize on its potential for romance and…

turning 25 is so strange. i feel like i’ve lived so much yet everything seems to have just started. i remember being five and frolicking through my dada’s khet, climbing trees and playing lukka chuppi. my dadi would apply surma on my waterline & mehendi on my palms while humming folk tunes. 10 was even more fun as we moved away from my ancestral home into a bigger house of our own. i would spend my days watching senseless television with my sisters getting to know them even more closely. out on our terrace we wish upon shooting stars like kajol from some movie. i’m glad i didn’t know this then, that after 12 a girl is no longer a girl but an entity. as an incomplete being, she travels towards a different reality. but it’s not until a decade passes that she becomes whole and gains that kind of agency. by 15 things had changed drastically. the world became very bleak and constantly changing. my girlhood was slipping from my fingers and everyone was teaching me to be more careful. a rage had started to brew in the pit of my stomach. with that kind of fury, i could’ve burnt villages and cities. 20 was tormenting. i was almost a woman but still a girl. love and hatred claimed me equally as i swayed from one side to the other constantly. a lot of lessons and choices were thrown in my face until i dealt with them diligently. but 25 has arrived in all its glory. liberation permeates through every part of my being. finally, the colors have returned, bringing along an array of fragrances and melodies. i realize now that everything that happened was just to bring me to this moment. oh, how glad I am that it did!
