Quietum Plus Reviews : Is It Truly Effective? Perspectives from Experts
Tumblr media
According to the National Institute of Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, 1 in 10 adults experiences tinnitus, characterized by a persistent ringing in the ears. Recent studies suggest this condition may result from damage to the nerves in the ears and brain, leading to issues like forgetfulness, anxiety, irritability, and headaches, making social interactions challenging. Many people explore various remedies, including listening to specialized sounds or engaging in specific exercises, but these often provide limited relief and may not be long-lasting. Numerous supplements claim to help, yet discerning which ones are effective can be tricky.

Chronic Tinnitus
I see a lot of posts warning people to keep their music low and take care not to be exposed to loud noises for too long so they don’t get Tinnitus. As someone with Chronic Tinnitus (constant ringing in both my ears) I totally appreciate that people are trying to prevent others from getting it. However, there has been new research done that shows that the majority of Tinnitus doesn’t actually come from damage to your ears because of loud noises; it’s caused by a certain section of your brain being hyperactive.
So if you think you may have Tinnitus, even though you know you haven’t had prolonged exposure to loud noises, you should still visit an audiologist... because some Tinnitus is actually caused by the section of your brain that processes what you hear.
